Remember what we learned the hard way -- if evil and corruption aren't stopped where it is now, it can always get worse. Under anyone but Bernie, it surely will. Clinton is toxic, a very close match for Nixon and will probably end her career the same way.
The Repubs are going to use this, big, whether she's cleared or charged.
And when they do, she will implode. It is suicidal to have her as our nominee. Already, 2/3 of voters see her as untrustworthy, and on top of that add this.
In the video at this link, Shane D'Aprile (publisher Campaign and Elections magazine, former campaign reporter for The Hill) says (4:10, 6:10):

And no, she's NOT VETTED AT ALL ON THIS because Bernie will not bring it up. She is the one not vetted. She is the gigantic liability. There is no way to deny it. Her supporters can say they don't care, but they can't deny it.
And btw, her excuses that she repeats as her defenses on this are lies, blatant, flat lies. She was not "allowed" to have this server, others didn't do anything remotely similar, and some very classified stuff was transmitted; add to that, pay-to-play between the State Dept. and the Clinton Foundation.

Sanders and Clinton are not similar or comparable in any way. They represent opposite agendas and constituencies. Sanders the 99%, Clinton the 1%. And if that weren't enough (which it is)...
Hillary is under FBI investigation for a reason. That reason is, the IGs of the State Department and the Intelligence Services both sent a referral to the FBI to look into. That would ba a "FAIL" as Secretary of State.
When she set up a private server and did all of State's business on it for 4 years, nevermind her ridiculous claim that nothing in that time was classified, that creation of the server itself was gross negligence, which is a crime. I don't care if she gets charged with that or not, and I don't care if she gets convicted. As far I the voter am concerned, she COMMITTED CRIMES in her last public office, and that means she has no business running for a higher one.
UNACCEPTABLE.

It's how they corrupt even more people to be just like themselves. This is the LAST person anyone should INVITE IN to the Oval Office via election, on the contrary, it's what is already poisoning our government which we will have to root OUT, and as it is, it will probably take a very long time to get back to any semblance of ethical function in the post-Bush-and-Clinton political landscape. But first we have to get both of those rotten families behind us. The last thing we need is another 4 or 8 years of the Clintons, and all the damage they can do in that time.
And all of this above is why people who are informed will not vote for her if she is the nominee. For the Dem party to even nominate her in the first place is for it to ADMIT that it is 100% corrupt.
But this is only HALF of what the FBI is currently investigating her for. This is the corruption half of it. The other half, about using a private server rather than the State Department's secure system, is to COVER UP THE CORRUPTION.
I believe there's also another motive: to hide the fact that Bill Clinton has had a lot of input into her jobs as senator and especially as SoS, and he is actually set up to be the shadow President for an illegal 3rd term. He has alreaady been acting in her role going back to 2011 that we know of; it isn't a leap to surmise that he will do in the future what he has been doing in the past...

Let's put it this way, if I was in her shoes, I sure as hell would not be poking Chuck Grassley right now. But she has such great judgment, I'm sure she knows what she's doing.

The OP video is 40 minutes. I strongly suggest that everyone put on their objective brain and listen to it. The guy is a partisan jerk, yes, but he knows the law and he has good inside sources. He's talking facts here, not opinions.
I've been reading up on this for the past week, and I can tell you that everything he's saying here is well-documented by other very reliable sources. (All I have is a messy Notepad filled with links, not in any shape to post an OP from; I may or may not be about to do that later.) Meanwhile though...
This is NOT a nothingburger. Bernie needs to get up to speed on this too, asap. Clinton is spinning a load of lies about this just like she does everything else.
It is not about the emails themselves, or over-classification, or others did it too -- all of that is not only irrelevant but wrong as well. She is lying to us again, fellow Dems, bigtime. She's on track to let this blow up in our faces.
It's bad, and it isn't going away, and it's going to massively affect Dems in this election.
I see it still said here that Bernie hasn't been vetted, no HRC hasn't been vetted about THIS, because Bernie hasn't brought it up. But Trump and other Repubs have already stated on the record that THEY WILL USE THIS.
All of us, including Bernie, and including me until last week, have ignored this up to now because the Repubs have "cried wolf" so many times before. But this time, this is real.
There is a lot to read up on and wrap our heads around about this, and I strongly recommend that Dems who haven't been paying attention to it, get on it right away.

SETTING UP THE SERVER WAS AN ILLEGAL ACT, it's not about the emails, and no other Secretary of State ever did this! Nobody. She never used her government email account AT ALL, and it was purely to evade FOIA and to hide pay-to-play with the Clinton Foundation -- 13 separate instances of it, and counting.
This will blow up on us, Dems. 100% guaranteed. She will either be indicted or the court of public opinion will REJECT her, and elect a Repub.
The Establishment is corrupt and its days are numbered.
The icons have fallen. People have seen behind Oz's curtain and it isn't pretty, and they aren't amused.
The Dem party will have to clean up its act significantly, or it will find itself unable to elect anybody anymore.
Pay to play is not acceptable. Selling our law to lobbyists is not acceptable. It's called treason.
The only reason it hasn't been prosecuted is both sides are doing it. Well then, we will have to elect new people with new values who aren't already sold out before they're elected, and that is just what has begun.

This is a TYT video from May 2011 which I had not seen until this week. I was appalled. Not only because Bill and Ryan were discussing cuts to Medicare, but because it was Bill Clinton doing it.
He was not in office at that time. WTH business was it of his to be discussing ANYTHING about policy? What right did he have to be negotiating with Paul Ryan over cuts to our programs?
I remarked in that thread, "So he's to be the shadow President. Well isn't that a milestone for women?" Clearly this "first woman President" selling point is a fraud. What a great feminist icon, when in reality Hillary would be, and was at that time, a mere front for Bill.
I had NOT thought about the 2-term limit though. That is actually a very interesting question, now that you mention it. This video shows us the sort of thing Bill has been doing. He has been conducting the nation's business surreptitiously using Hillary as a screen. It is not at all unreasonable to expect that he will keep on doing in the future what he has already been doing in the past.
And that isn't the only indicator. Several writers on the email scandal are of the opinion that the private server was used so that Bill could have access to official documents, and have input into her role as Secretary of State. The Blackberry that Hillary was so adamant about having for herself and her staff, kept her in constant contact with her "coach" Bill and his staff.
The email hadn't made any sense to me until I thought about it this way. She had two motivations. One, to keep the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play transactions out of view at the State Department. And two, keeping Bill's participation out of State's view too.
I also have said here before, and I will say again, HRC's prior experience as Senator from New York and as Secretary of State are both offices that she probably would not have gotten if she had not been Bill Clinton's wife.
I don't believe Hillary Clinton has been doing any job on her own. Her own actions and choices have led to this being the most likely objective conclusion.
I think if the Republicans wanted to press this point about Bill's 3rd term, they might get some traction with it, given the video above. I think it's another potential liability, and worse, I think it's the truth of the matter.
It doesn't even need to be a stand-alone scandal, it fills in the gap between the two scandals that are already cooking.
This is my opinion on what the few facts we have now might mean all fitted together. Lots of pieces are not filled in yet, and so of course I could be wrong, but on the other hand I could be right. What all the pieces add up to is...
Hillary Clinton is a huge liability. She needs to withdraw before things get worse.

I don't see how snark and snide jokes could be made of this. Whoever is in charge of elections there needs to be 1) fired; and 2) investigated. It's an outrage, what the voters of AZ had to put up with yesterday, those conditions are inhuman.
