As an old guy living alone I search and improvise to stay alive - for what it's worth:

No Hand Sanitizer? No alternatives? Peroxide kills corona. No peroxide available at Walmart? I'm probably shooting myself in the foot but if this could help:

Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) must be diluted for safe use. To dilute to a 3% solution use 1 part 12% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide to 3 parts distilled water. ... Warning: 12% H2O2 is a strong oxidizer — when handling, always use rubber gloves and safety glasses. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Gov. Wolf issues stay-at-home order for hardest-hit Pa. counties

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf ordered residents of the state's hardest-hit areas to stay home to help combat the spread of the new coronavirus that has already sickened hundreds and caused six deaths statewide.

Wolf issued the stay-at-home order for Philadelphia and its surrounding counties(Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties); Allegheny County, which includes Pittsburgh; and Monroe County in the Pocono Mountains.

Together, those counties account for 75% of the state’s confirmed cases of COVID-19. It's the latest in a series of progressively tougher measures imposed by Wolf in the face of a global pandemic that state officials say threatens to swamp hospitals and spike the death toll.

The order was to take effect at 8 p.m. Monday.
Wolf also extended school closures in the state until at least April 6.
