Apparently he should have still been in prison.

He's now going back and with these additional charges he should be staying for a while.

Mueller said there wasn’t sufficient evidence to indict for conspiracy.

I believe that those 126 documented contacts and information sharing show strong circumstantial evidence of conspiracy to subvert the election. However, I’m not a lawyer and I could be totally wrong.

I think Mueller blinked. He didn’t ask for this to be thrust upon him and he was looking at years of hell if he had pushed it.
