Congress can legislate which court handles which case

I would think that if the legislation said that for the subpreme court shall only be adjudicated if all of the courts members have been on the court less than 18 years else is it handled by a lower court or by a subset of justices with less than 18 years on the court.

He did an ok job but older people need to step aside sooner, Fauci should much earlier than 2025

I manage people, some in their 30s some in their 60s. Older people are highly valuable, younger people are just quicker. Being near the end of my career I know that I have to let younger folk take the lead and I can move into a role to assist them. It is a mistake for someone as old as Fauci leading any organization, and with the demand for talent in the medical field it is really dumb.

Imagine being a 30 year old and hoping to get promoted in Fauci's organization. You'd have to wait 20.. 30 ... 40 years? I'd say forget it and go somewhere else. I recently had a niece leave NASA for this very reason, she is very smart and didn't see how she could advance within the government, too many Fauci's in the way.

Does not seem like a good plan for any organization?
