An alleged sexual assault victim is postponing her case against Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and disgraced billionaire Jeffrey E. Epstein.
Her attorney, Thomas F. Meagher told Lawnewz.com they have temporarily dropped the case.
They filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal without prejudice.
A new lawsuit will be forthcoming.
"An additional witness has been identified and her declaration will accompany the new complaint," he said.
The woman, named in court documents as "Jane Doe," is suing Trump and Epstein for allegedly molesting her when she was thirteen.
Trump's attorneys have vigorously denied the claims, even threatening to go after the attorney for filing a frivolous claim.

Despite selling the gun he used to kill Trayvon Martin, despite selling his confederate flag paintings, despite all the financial support from the AltRignt, George Zimmerman is now in debt and homeless.
That really sucks for George because he can't stand his ground if he doesn't have anything to defend against unarmed teenagers.
And then on top of all this, Homeless George is losing his White Hispanic status.
Since his mother let it be known that she's Afro-Peruvian, a descendant of black slaves...even Wikipedia lists Homeless George as a "Mixed Race Hispanic man."
That also really sucks for George, considering he's racist and most of his supporters are White Supremacists.

Donald Trump's "Blind Trust" Plan Makes No Sense

Like a political Elmer Gantry, Donald Trump goes from city to city, proclaiming that only he can save America, spinning outrageous statements and spewing lies before heading off to his next revival meeting.
Serious questions about his candidacy for the presidency are left unanswered or blurred under a flurry of deceit.
Confronted with the Newsweek cover story detailing numerous potential conflicts of interest between his foreign business dealings and American national security should he be elected, Trump and his children responded with a litany of nonsensical claims.
There would be no conflicts, he said, because he would put his company,
the Trump Organization, in a blind trust.
Then he would sever his connections with the business.
With both answers, though, he and his children would run the company.
Then his daughter, Ivanka Trump, a fashion designer and former model, jumped in with her goofy explanation, saying she and her siblings would figure out how to avoid deals that might cause conflicts of interest for their father.
The onslaught of words for the uninformed, may have sounded persuasive.
Voters could be excused for thinking the Trumps had solved the problem.
They haven't.
Worse, if the Trumps believe what they are saying, there is no question a President Trump would be America's most conflicted chief executive, forcing the United States to confront a problem that would be unprecedented.

The Initial Conference for this case was set for 9/9/2016 at 3:15 PM in Courtroom 1506, 40 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007.
However, in order to provide the Plaintiff (Katie Johnson) more time to serve Defendants with copies of the summons and complaint, the Initial Conference was moved back to October 14 at 10 AM.

UPDATE TRUMP CHILD RAPE CASE DISMISSED, NEW LAWSUIT TO BE FILED
The ..rape case against Donald J. Trump has been dismissed at the request of the Plaintiff and her lawyer,(Thomas Meagher)
Meagher filed to voluntarily dismiss due to a new witness having come forward that reinforces the allegations made by Jane Doe.
In the dismissed case, Jane Doe, aka Katie Johnson, alleged that Donald Trump raped her in 1994 when she was 13-years-old.
Here's the request for dismissal:
"The plaintiff and her counsel in Jane Doe v Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein filed today a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41 (a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, without prejudice for refiling the complaint."

Considering that this lawsuit hasn't even begun yet, it's been pretty unusual so far.
Jane Doe originally filed in California...Unfortunately, she filed by herself, without hiring an attorney, and filed her lawsuit as a civil rights case.
The judge dismissed the case without prejudice because Doe did not state what specific civil right was involved.
Jane Doe found herself a lawyer and refiled again in New York, a better idea since it's the jurisdiction of Donald Trump and his co-defendant Jeffrey Epstein.
A preliminary hearing was originally scheduled in early September, but when neither Trump nor Epstein replied to subpoenas, it was rescheduled for October 14.
Mainstream media has largely ignored the rape lawsuit; but perhaps with the additional witness a solid case can be made against Mr Trump.
With two eyewitnesses now supporting Jane Doe's allegations, perhaps MSM will take a closer look.

This American presidential election is a dizzying wonder: a torrent of outrages, gaffes and prime-time drama, where one story blurs into the next, most of it driven by the Republican contender, Donald J. Trump.
With such a ferocious pace it's easy to lose sight of the details, especially when it comes to Mr. Trump.
So here's a quick summary of what voters have learned in recent weeks.
- The Attorney General of New York has started an investigation into the Donald J. Trump Foundation.
At issue is a $25,000 donation made three years ago, in support of a Florida official who was weighing possible fraud charges against Mr. Trump.
No charges were brought, and the official became a supporter of Mr. Trump.
- Reporters have uncovered evidence that Mr. Trump spent $20,000 of his charity's money on a six-foot tall painting of himself.
It was sent to one of his private golf clubs.
- There have been new accounts of widespread accounts of discrimination of black people at Mr.Trump's New York properties during the 1970s.
- Last Friday, he finally admitted that "birtherisn" -- the racially tinged smear of President Obama he repeated for five years - was, in fact, a lie.
Instead of apologizing, Mr. Trump said the baseless conspiracy theory was started by his rival, Hillary Clinton -- which was itself untrue.

Her name is Katie Johnson, aka "Jane Doe".and she had an eyewitness who stated, under oath, in an affidavit, that she "witnessed the incident." which allegedly occurred at one of Epstein's "Lolita" parties back in 1994.

One would THINK that the fact that this lawsuit was dismissed last Friday would be newsworthy, wouldn't one?
I guess not - the same day the lawsuit was dismissed was the day Trump made his big announcement that President Obama was, indeed, born in Hawaii, and that the "birther" stuff was started by Hillary, not him.

An Emirati teenager was caught on video throwing a cat against a wall which resulted in the animal's death.
The suspect's mother has spoken out, expressing her son's severe hatred toward cats.
She said he has told her that when he sees one he wants to kill it.
She blames it on a cat the family had when her son was younger, who her son thought was possessed.
This sort of animal abuse cannot go unpunished, and a full investigation needs to be launched.
Animal abuse cases are punishable by law in Ajman, where the crime took place, by fining the perpetrator $5,000 or placing him in prison for up to a year.
Animal welfare workers are trying to promote the importance of investigating these crimes, but it's up to law enforcement to see that justice is served.
Demand that police fully investigate and prosecute the teenager, who hates cats so much that he may have brutally murdered one.

Trump's Call For a Flood of Poll Watchers Could Disrupt Some Polling Places

Donald Trump's campaign website implores voters to
"Help Me Stop Crooked Hillary From Rigging This Election" by signing up as observers.
He warned people at an August 12 campaign event in Altoona, Pennsylvania, that Clinton could win the state only by cheating, and asked supporters to "go down to certain areas and watch and study, and make sure other people don't come and vote five times."
Less than a week later, Trump's running mate, Mike Pence, encouraged a crowd in Manchester, New Hampshire, to help ensure a fair election by serving as poll watchers because "you are the greatest vanguard for integrity in voting."
No one knows how many of the Republican nominee's supporters will heed his call to stand in polling places on November 8 and challenge some voters' credentials - but past experience suggests that a wave of partisan poll watchers could create confusion and discourage people who have a right to cast ballots.

Trump supporter physically assaults protester at Trump rally in North Carolina

Violence broke out at a Trump rally in North Carolina Monday.
The incident came as Trump lambasted Hillary Clinton for calling half of his supporters a
"basket of deplorables."
Trump had brought a group of supporters on stage, proclaiming them hard-working Americans, not "deplorables."
Time magazine is now reporting that:
The rally was interrupted several times by demonstrators and. at one moment, brief violence.
As several protesters were being escorted out by security, a man in the crowd grabbed a make protester around the neck and then punched him.
He then slapped at a woman being led out.
The Trump supporter was not ejected by security.
The celebrity businessman talked through the scuffle, but cracked after the disturbance,
"Is there anyplace more fun than a Trump rally?"
Deplorable? Apparently not, according to Trump.
As he stood on stage and watched the incident unfold, Trump said:
It's OK...the dishonest media will fail to report that.

North Dakota police in riot gear arrest Water Protectors locked to pipeline construction equipment

This morning, some Water Protectors chained themselves to construction equipment at the Dakota Access pipeline in North Dakota.
Police arrived in riot gear with automatic weapons and arrested people on the construction site.
Media was asked not to cross a certain line.
In the video link below, a Unicorn Riot journalist is complying with the demand.
It appears he was arrested anyway.
