In June of 2019, the administrative arm of the California Supreme Court to regulate attorneys suspended Guilfoyle's law license for failure to pay her fees. It currently lists her status as "inactive" and it searches do know show her licensed in New York or Florida."

We are cleaning out the garage. Not fun. Except for today. I found a large cardboard box full of stuffed animals that had been my children's. We don't need them now.

This afternoon, there was an event in the next town north of us for families who lost everything in a devastating fire in 2020. They are still trying to recover.

Let's put those two things together, shall we?

So I took that box of toys to the event and put it out in the middle of the parking lot. Seeing those children choose a favorite brought tears to my eyes. Those small treasures will have another life. My favorite was the little girl in a stroller whose abuela selected a baby doll for her. She hugged it tight and smiled.

Life is good.

Saw the movie yesterday afternoon (in an actual movie theater!!) and it was great fun. Good cast, incredible scenery, lots of twists and turns. Watch out for the crocodile though!
