Alberta Kelly, 67 of Uniontown, PA was acquitted of drug possession and manufacture charges after she told a jury that she didn't know the 4 foot tall weeds growing next to her tomatoe plants were marijuana plants and that she had planted what a bearded stranger in a pointy hat told her were flower seeds...
