This junk yard of shipping containers and barb wire “wall” Arizona/Ducey are erecting along our southern border is in flagrant violation of federal orders to stop. Yet, there are no federal law enforcement agencies on site to halt the environmental, humanitarian, and treaty busting disaster from continuing to unfold. WHY?

If the Federal fucking government are going to demand something then they should back that shit up. Yet, day after day—nothing but impotent inaction. Not a good look. wtf.

There isn’t a pathway out of homelessness in our nation which doesn’t pass through a massive paradigm shift and fundamental upheaval in what wealth means, how greed and wealth are socially viewed, and a clearly defined road away from vulture capitalism and extraction culture.

We live in a large retirement community here in Orange County California. Once strong, healthy, remarkable old women die in our village quite regularly, no fanfare, just attended to by such family and friends as the have left.

So, the “Queen’s” death? May she Rest In Peace. I offer up the same respect I do to the ending of my neighbors journey’s on destiny’s road. No more no less.

That said, the pomp, the wasteful opulence, the remaining silliness of monarchy and its ongoing schmooze with Oligarchs is at least an embarrassment. This ceremonial celebration of stacking one group of humans over, and obviously above, all others is the very root system of the hundreds of forms of racial, social, and caste structures flourishing today.

Government remains silent on causes of mental illness epidemic, seems content to grapple with symptoms only, nationally and state by state.

Consequences to date: drastic depletion of freedoms amongst minorities consisting of as many as 50% of US population. Many smaller groups equally effected while cross membership in oppressed groups is widespread.

What will children and next generations do when our money is useless? What will our children and next generations do when how to find water and grow food are again humans’ most treasured abilities?

Teach children in school how to survive. Begin now.

If we’re going to ignore climate Catastrophe, at least let’s give our kids, and grandkids, and next generations a chance.

And. Let’s be honest with them for a while. Tell them we don’t teach them to be self sufficient because we need dependent workers and soldiers and not independent beings. The rich want to remain rich, and they do that by keeping you in debt to themselves.

Tell our children we don’t stop school slaughter because arms manufactures are making billions, and that money is more important than their lives.

And, when our children ask, let’s tell them that previous generation’s, and our generation’s, pursuit of gold and power led to this existential quagmire they face. And, let us not lie to them that we are sorry, because our lack of action since we’ve know better proves that we are not.

So, let’s begin right now and at least teach our children how to survive. And, we might want to get started asap.

The 2nd amendment is a diseased, misrepresented, malignant, vestigial structure being manipulated by greedy arms manufacturers, hate driven toxic masculinity, and corrupt politicians. Repeal it now. Replace it with the necessary measures to stop the slaughter. Periodic slaughter of our children is not an acceptable price to pay for some archaic, irrelevant bits and phrases written for flintlock owners. What Say You?
