When a warning is spat upon.

Isn’t it ironic that Kaepernic’s bent knee on the football field was deemed un-American, disrespectful and worthy of his loss of career? Instead of coming to the table to discuss police brutality in the African American community, powers that be symbolically lynched the messenger. Isn’t it ironic that it was a bent knee on the neck of an African American man applied until he was dead and long after by an officer whose expression of White supremacy never changed. The cries of an African American man pleading for his life did not alter that officer’s determination to establish and maintain his supremacy in the face of a pleading crowd.

Isn’t it ironic that when we approach the throne of God we kneel? I know many don’t believe, but put it all in any category you understand and see that an opportunity to avoid this mayhem was offered and rejected. When will we learn?
