If Newsom and McAuliffe both lose

If Republicans were in charge of California, NY, VA, and Colorado
I am making this post about redistricting. So the states I listed in the title have some type of independent commission that determines congressional districts and are all controlled by Democrats. This is in contrast to states like Texas, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina where there are no commissions and Republicans gets to draw the lines.
If the Republicans controlled the states I mentioned in the title they would be looking at a way to ignore the commission and draw their own districts and Democrats should do the same. I feel like the Democrats have unilaterally disarmed and are going to pay the price for it. I am all for ending gerrymandering, but you cant end if the other side wont.

Senate Democrats Face An Unfamiliar Campaign Problem: Major Primaries
The headline and article make it seem like its a bad thing, but I actually like competitive primaries. I think it makes the Democratic base aware earlier in the election cycle that there is an important election happening and gets them excited. And the candidates are able to build a get out the vote apparatus. Instead of the party trying to gin up support for a predetermined candidate a couple months out from the general. Political pundit always talk about a bloody primary hurting, but I go back to how in 2008 the primary between Obama and Clinton enthused Democrats and that energy stayed throughout the general. Heck, even the 2020 Democratic primary battle prepped the Biden campaign.

Clinton and Obama were re-elected
After Somalia and Benghazi just to put things into perspective of course we didnt have as much social media as we do now(it was there for Obama, but not like now), and Republicans are even more crazy and partisan (although they were crazy and partisan back then too)
This is what the Republicans and MSM have been waiting for
American deaths .they will pretend to care about them and hammer Biden as the cause for their deaths .but they really dont care
Casualty vs fatality
People need to know the difference
I see people (including Congressmen) saying that Americans have died because they dont know the difference.
