I saw it as he was talking to Wolf Blitzer about Ohio and Blitzer called the state for Obama. I love it. It was classic and showed what an idiot Rove really is. Last night just proved it further.

I think what you said is spot on. Money is a commodity, not speech. Money is something you have in your possession. It is physical. Speech is different. It is not a commodity. Speech is not what the SCOTUS said it is. The little guy spoke last night and said that the Big Money people were not going to get away with buying this election. It makes me proud to be an American.

Since most people in legislatures are male, we know what body part we are talking about. What is funny about this is that they haven't thought of this or they would have done something about it. Only for the purpose of seeing this happen would I want a personhood bill passed.

What would happen if a personhood bill passed in a state and a couple in that state was pregnant and they declared the "person" as a dependent on their tax return? I would bet that personhood bills would be overturned quickly once the tax issue got into the courts.

I voted in Bowie, Maryland (outside of Washington, DC) and it took me 2 1/2 hours last night.

Our son lives in Bartlett's district and thinks he is the best. I don't see it.
