The Big Con should be arrested...

Donald J. Trump should be investigated, formally charged and indicted for treason if this turns out to be true. His connections to Vladimir Putin and the FSB should be given a serious look by Congress with the same vigor displayed by Trey Gowdy when his committee investigated Hillary Clinton on Benghazi. Which, in fact, found absolutely nothing that could be considered criminal by any court in this country.

Call the Senate Ethics Committee at 202-224-2981 ask them to investigate Herr Gropenfuhrer until the investigation is complete! You can leave a message on their voicemail.

The definition of treason: 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the U.S. penal code. ~Patrick

No Shit...

"The best way to prevent Russian misbehavior is by having a credible, strong military and a strong NATO alliance," John McCain said.

Finally...sanity prevails about 5 news cycles late. Heh John , you got a Twitter for president, try to keep up....he is now trying to kill the press.

Fascism 101.

WASHINGTON — The C.I.A., the F.B.I. and the White House may all agree that Russia was behind the hacking that interfered with the election. But that was of no import to the website Breitbart News, which dismissed reports on the intelligence assessment as “left-wing fake news.”

Rush Limbaugh has diagnosed a more fundamental problem. “The fake news is the everyday news” in the mainstream media, he said on his radio show recently. “They just make it up.”

Some supporters of President-elect Donald J. Trump have also taken up the call. As reporters were walking out of a Trump rally this month in Orlando, Fla., a man heckled them with shouts of “Fake news!”

Until now, that term had been widely understood to refer to fabricated news accounts that are meant to spread virally online. But conservative cable and radio personalities, top Republicans and even Mr. Trump himself, incredulous about suggestions that fake stories may have helped swing the election, have appropriated the term and turned it against any news they see as hostile to their agenda.

Robert Reich

What’s the truth? Conservative talk-show hosts, right-wing media, and Trump himself are on a campaign to discredit traditional sources of facts and analysis – scientists, economists, criminologists, government data, and mainstream media -- and substitute their preferred reality.

For example:

1. The CIA and FBI say Russia interfered with the election to benefit Trump. But Trump disagrees. And Breitbart News (until recently under the watch of Trump’s strategic advisor Steven Bennan) dismisses the CIA report as “left-wing fake news.”

2. Almost all scientists agree climate change is real and is caused by humans. But Trump disagrees. And so does Scott Pruitt, his nominee to head the Environmental Protection Agency.

3. The F.B.I. and virtually all criminologists agree that the rate of homicides in the U.S. has plummeted in recent years. But Trump says it’s soared. So does Fox News.

4. Most health policy analysts agree that Medicare’s costs are rising both because the costs of health care are rising and the American population is aging. But Paul Ryan and many Republicans in Congress say Medicare itself is to blame.

5. Government data show the rate of illegal immigration has declined sharply over the last ten years, and that undocumented immigrants commit proportionately fewer crimes than native-born Americans. But Trump claims the opposite is true, and both Breitbart and Fox News agree with Trump.

6. Most economists and policy analysts don’t think that tax cuts to the rich result in better wages for most people. But Trump’s economic advisers contend otherwise.

On almost every major issue to be addressed over the next few years, Trump and the rightwing media are already feeding Americans big lies, and trying to discredit traditional sources of truth. This poses one of the greatest threats to our democracy.

What do you think?

Shit is getting real and it ain't even January

Prayer answered...my Karma is working...thank you

Donald Trump casts himself as a protector of workers and jobs, but a USA TODAY NETWORK investigation found hundreds of people – carpenters, dishwashers, painters, even his own lawyers – who say he didn’t pay them for their work.

Megyn Kelly: I tried over and over to get a Hillary Clinton interview, but her team did not want to "legitimize" Fox News.

Fact-Checking Site Finds Fox News Only Tells the Truth 18 Percent of the Time July 10, 2014 By Allen Clifton 508 Comments 463k Share Tweet Share Share For liberals, it’s not exactly “breaking news” to find out that Fox News is mostly comprised of misinformation or flat-out lies. Anyone with even a shred of common sense can watch just a handful of their featured shows and see that the entire channel is nothing more than a propaganda mechanism for the Republican party. Punditfact, a branch of Politifact, has put together profiles for CNN, MSNBC and Fox News detailing just how honest each of these networks are. And while it’s obviously not a completely comprehensive profile (it would be nearly impossible to fact check every single thing said on each network) it’s a decent measure of the honesty of each. And what do you know, Pundifact found Fox News to have only told the truth 18 percent (15 of 83) of the time for the statements they checked. And even of that 18 percent, only 8 percent of what they said was completely “True.” The other 10 percent was rated as “Mostly True.” A staggering 60 percent (50 of 83) comments were found to be either “Mostly False,” “False,” or “Pants on Fire.” The other 22 percent were rated “Half True.” Essentially well over half of what Punditfact has fact-checked on Fox News has been a lie and only 18 percent has been deemed factual. To compare, CNN was found to have been honest about 60 percent of the time, while only having 18 percent of their comments found to be false. As for MSNBC, they were found to have been honest about 31 percent of the time, while 48 percent of the comments they had fact-checked were deemed untrue. So while MSNBC’s numbers aren’t exactly worth bragging about, they’re still far better than the “fair and balanced” Fox News. Though I’m sure any conservative who might run across this article, or the Punditfact profiles, would simply dismiss the results as “liberally biased lies.” You know, because anything that’s not approved by Fox News or some other right-wing media source is clearly “liberally biased propaganda.” Which is really a fantastic piece of rhetoric, isn’t it? Fox News, and other right-wing media sources, can lie as much as they want. Then if any other source debunks the nonsense they’re spewing, the conservative media simply dismisses it as “lies perpetuated by the liberal media.” It’s how conspiracy theorists manipulate their sheep. They perpetuate some kind of asinine conspiracy, then when it’s completely debunked, they claim the information debunking it is “all a part of the conspiracy.” And that’s exactly what the right-wing media does. Which is why tens of millions of conservatives believe that Fox News is a “fair and balanced” beacon of truth, despite the fact that Punditfact found only 18 percent of their comments to be factual among a fairly large sampling of 83 relatively important statements made on the network. Donald J. Trump: "I gave millions of dollars to DJT Foundation, raised or recieved millions more, ALL of which is given to charity, and media won't report!"

Verify and then maybe I will say your first name...

I am praying that the Big Con is buried in lawsuits over his term..

The president-elect tweeted to defend his foundation, which has been the subject of an investigation by the New York attorney general's office, based on Washington Post reports that the charity’s funds may have been used to personally benefit Trump.

Please make it so

My world is NOT all about money...fuckface

"The world was gloomy before I won - there was no hope. Now the market is up nearly 10% and Christmas spending is over a trillion dollars!," Donald J. Trump tweeted.

The manipulation of the market will be rampant through the first year of the Trumpster reign

Reality Check: Hillary won by close to 3 million votes over the Big Con...

"Reality check: The final vote count showed Hillary Clinton won almost 3 million more votes than Trump. This is not a matter of opinion, it is statement of fact: knowable, hard, empirical truth. Yet about half of Trump voters don’t buy it."

Can you guess who doesn't believe it

This is really a longshot but heh, you can still dream....for representation

Two-thirds of American voters favor limits on the methane and toxic pollution the oil and gas industry recklessly leaks into the air. Trump wants to roll back these important protections.
