You did fine.
Now put it behind you and move on.
Life is a learning experience every day..
Layers-
I've already got a fleece turtleneck out and wearing it around, and will likely wear it to bed.
Since I've cut back on
night-time driving - all the more reason to dislike the one-hour earlier darkness.
Not to mention that I'm a late sleeper - so that doesn't leave a whole lot of daylight hours for me.
Anyone who believes being a parish priest
in today's USA is easy should think again.
They usually are the only priest , in many parishes, and illness strikes or other reason for not being available, the parish is in a pickle.
My parish has had a retired priest in residence as an assistant to the pastor for ca the last 20 years. The REtired priest we had for about 3-4 yrs just died of pancreatic cancer. - He said Mass until the last 2 or 3 months.
The pastor needs hip surgery.
I don't know what the plans are to fill the need.
You can be rightly proud
both of your academic performance, and the love and support of your lovely wife.
I'll take your word for it. nt
Wouldn't it bwe easier to just say "I'm sorry"?
Why would one even talk that way to one's sister?
So disappointed - only one group of four tonight.
Our street doesn't get a huge number - hilly, no street lights, no sidewalk, few children- but tonight it rained steadily and was windy - raw, in fact.
