Watching the archival footage of the NAZIs burning books in Germany in the 1930s as a way to suppress enlightened thinking gave me pause the other night. I wonder if today we face a different kind of suppression. Rather than burn books and media, what reactionary forces do is "flood the zone" with Info Wars, Drudge, and Faux News to the extent that any rational, fact-based media is not burned, but drowned.
A tsunami of BS to the extent that "my opinion" has more merit than your "facts."

If you want to see what happens on SCOTUS when you pack
the court with Reich Wing Zealots look no further then here in AZ. Governor Koch Brothers Ducey appointed right wing crazies to the court the Supreme Court which has resulted in having progressive measures struck from the ballot this year.

Republican Concern for the health of Mark Judge is laughable
The Reich Wing is about to vote for Kavanaugh who will gut any health care legislation that provides Judge the help he needs.
Kava's implied defense yesterday:
This hearing is nothing but a polo pony drag across a manicured lawn of downy soft grass, without the aid of many craft beers, resulting in the loss of my backwards wearing bro hat and Yale Law School cuff links.
If Kava gets on the Court
he will be immensely motivated, even more than he is already, to take revenge on every progressive position that comes to SCOTUS. Any issue concerning women's issues will be tossed aside in his cavalier and snide manner.
