Pat Robertson: Give Network Money To Help Job Prospects

Today on “The 700 Club,” Pat Robertson fielded a question from an unemployed Christian Broadcasting Network contributor who wondered what he should do while facing limited job prospects and piling bills.

“You can do telephone marketing from home,” Robertson suggested. “Think about raking leaves, mowing lawns, trimming bushes, there are a thousand things you can do on your own, don’t always wait for somebody else to hire you.”

Robertson added that a donation to CBN may improve his chances of finding a new job: “Ask the Lord, when you send that $20 or $40 off, you say, ‘God I am putting a request along with this, I am investing it with power.’”

*What a fucking insult, and then he has the nerve to ask him for money*

I just heard the cutest thing...

My best friends daughter is 7 years old and her and her mom were talking about school. Today in school she was observing a matter between 3 girls in her class.The two girls in her class told another girl to eat some paste as a test of loyalty. Her mother started talking to her about peer pressure etc. She then asked her daughter does she know what peer pressure is? She replied to her mother its when you take a "pear" and "squeeze" it really tight until it burst making pear juice.

I was compelled after laughing to find such a image. I really needed that laugh.
