Let's Negotiate...

I keep hearing Cuban Canadian Rafael Cruz on my TV saying Democrats and the President refuse to negotiate. The problem is Democrats aren't demanding anything so they have nothing to negotiate. Keeping the government operating is not a Democratic demand, it's the responsibility of congress as outlined in the Constitution. Harry Reid should send back to the House a CR with amendments that mandate federal background checks for ALL fire arms purchases and legalizes gay marriage in every state, two issues that are overwhelmingly supported by the American people. Then let the negotiations begin.

Recurring Membership and PayPal

Hi-

This is a comment rather than a question.

I am a relatively new member and wanted to initiate a recurring Star Membership at $25 per year. Unfortunately, I could not complete that transaction because I do not have a PayPal account nor do I want one. I made a one time donation of $25 and will probably be a yearly donor but will have to do so manually each year. Would be so much easier if you would automatically bill my debit card every year. I just don't want a PayPal account. Other than that minor annoyance you guys do a great job. Keep up the good work.
