A six year old boy now has a record as a sex offender.

Basically, this kid kissed the hand of a female classmate and the school decided to teach him a lesson because the boy had some disciplinary issues, some of which involved this girl. The case isn't cut and dried.

But a sex offense charge at age six? Really?

I think our society is sick. This is an example of the sickness.
