Is it now the norm

to test only the victim for drugs and not the shooter? If I
remember correctly Zimmerman was not tested either.

I have wondered whether in both cases this was omitted on purpose.

This may be a different proposal for 2016

As we have seen in this last election there is a huge difference between voting for
candidates and voting for/against issues.

We don't know what will happen in 2 years, but from January on we can expect all
the worst from the repugs in Congress.

So why not concentrate on issues they hate, but the people like, to get started on
amendments or laws in states to be put on the ballot in 2016.

How about equal pay for equal work? Minimum pay increases, food for children in schools?

You may have better proposals than those including, if at all possible, rejection of
citizens against United. That way we adhere to the "tenthers", yet if passed in many
different states send a strong message.

A possible option?

In my state we have voting by mail,

which is nice. However, considering the news that the NC electronic machines are screwed up, what about the scanners, which the general voter does not even see? Does anyone know about those going "awry"?
