How high, extensive, instrusive, and long should the barriers be at this and other places, such as national parks?
Maybe just put all the walking trails inside of unbreakable plexiglass tubes?
When visiting such a sight, is it the park's responsibility to ensure a child won't be killed or injured, or does the parent have to do a bit of parenting?

HARRISBURG, Pa. Federal authorities say a Pennsylvania teenager already accused of trying to assist the Islamic State group also tweeted out the names and addresses of military personnel with threats of violence.
Harrisburg resident Jalil Ibn Ameer Aziz was charged Wednesday in a superseding federal indictment with solicitation to commit a crime of violence and transmitting a communication containing a threat to injure.
