This is not a rhetorical question, this is not flamebait or trolling of any candidate currently running.

What I'm asking is what up-and-coming candidates for lesser offices (who will presumably run for higher offices in future) should we be donating to this campaign cycle, to keep them moving up through the political ranks? Who out there will keep bringing up the topic, moving the Overton window, so that at some point, Democratic candidates for President will not just assume the chances of passing legislation are nil? And will focus on racial justice in the broader sense as well, of course.

I'm willing to donate to more than just Presidential runs, so where should my money be going? Suggestions welcome.
