Experts in body movement and language and it’s subtle revelations on the psychology of an individual have been watching the Trump family and have some hilarious observations.
Social News Daily collected commentaries about President Donald Trump and first lady Melania to gain some insight into their relationship behind the scenes.
Beltway rumors have been that the Trumps are on the rocks after it was revealed the president cheated on his wife when she was recovering from giving birth to their son. To make matters worse, Trump’s series of mistresses revealed a great deal of humiliating information about him.
The first indication something wasn’t working out were the infamous “hand swatting” incidents from early in the Trump term. It doesn’t take an expert to know something was afoot.

'Very unfair': Trump whines about Senate not approving his ambassador picks in New Year's Eve attack

President Donald Trump closed out 2018 with a Twitter rant against Democrats for not approving his nominees to be ambassadors.
Specifically, Trump attacked the minority leader in the Senate, Democrat Chuck Schumer, despite the fact Republicans, led by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), control the chamber.
“Heads of countries are calling wanting to know why Senator Schumer is not approving their otherwise approved Ambassadors!?” Trump claimed. “Likewise in Government lawyers and others are being delayed at a record pace!”
Trump said “360 great and hardworking people” were “waiting for approval from Senator Schumer.”
“These are people who have been approved by committees and all others, yet Schumer continues to hold them back from serving their Country!” he claimed.

BUSTED: Reporter catches Trump in a bald-faced lie about being in the Oval Office

President Donald Trump on Monday morning claimed that he was sitting inside the Oval Office waiting for Democrats to come to him with a deal for funding his proposed border wall.
“I’m in the Oval Office,” the president wrote. “Democrats, come back from vacation now and give us the votes necessary for Border Security, including the Wall.”
However, Playboy White House correspondent Brian Karem was at the White House on Monday and he caught the president blatantly lying about being in the Oval Office.
Specifically, Karem noticed that there is currently no Marine standing guard outside the Oval Office door, which means that Trump is simply not where he said he was.
“No marine there so that’s another lie,” Karem remarked.

Alabama sheriff pocketed millions of dollars allocated for food for inmates
But Todd Entrekin claims he did nothing wrong.

A series of investigations from AL.com have revealed that Todd Entrekin, the sheriff in Alabama’s Etowah County, personally pocketed over a million dollars that had been allocated to feeding inmates at the Etowah County Detention Center.
But Entrekin has claimed he did nothing wrong, and was simply following the letter of the law.
As the investigations revealed, Entrekin oversees the detention center, an imposing gray building in Gadsden, Alabama. The prison currently has a contract with the federal government to house hundreds of undocumented immigrants.
Some of that money is budgeted for feeding the inmates — but not all of it is spent on the detainees. Instead, citing an arcane Alabama statute that allows sheriffs to keep money not spent on inmate food, Entrekin personally pocketed a significant amount of the money that wasn’t spent on the inmates.

Kremlin foe Bill Browder, who calls himself Vladimir Putin's 'Enemy Number One', has raised suspicion after an American was arrested for espionage in Russia.
Browder, an American-born British financier who spearhead the Magnitsky Act - which punishes Russian human rights violators - took to Twitter to express his concerns on Monday morning following the arrest of Paul Nicholas Whelan.
'Russia Detains US Citizen in Moscow on Suspicion of Espionage. Looks like Putin wants a hostage for leverage purposes,' he wrote.
'Generally countries kick out suspected foreign spies, not arrest them.'

On Friday, one of Russia’s primary intelligence agencies announced that it had arrested an American for espionage.
According to a statement from the FSB, Russia’s successor to the Soviet-era KGB, Russian authorities arrested Paul Whelan in Moscow “during an act of espionage.”
The details offered by the FSB’s announcement were scant, and it’s still unclear where Whelan is being held or what exactly he was arrested for. The U.S. Embassy has yet to issue a statement, but the State Department told Newsweek that they have requested consular access. “We have requested this access and expect Russian authorities to provide it,” a State Department spokesperson said.
Charges of espionage carry sentences of up to 20 years in Russia.

Putin also fielded a question hinting that Russia should follow China’s recent precedent. China has recently begun arresting and holding Canadian citizens, apparently as retaliation for Canada’s arrest of a Huawei executive accused of breaching Iranian sanctions.
In response, Putin said, “This is a very sensitive area, and we will not act according to the laws of the Code of Hammurabi here. The law of retaliation states, ‘An eye for an eye or a tooth for a tooth.’ We need to act very cautiously here, and we need to be real.”

Authorities have been forcing activists on Twitter to delete their accounts and shutting down the social media accounts of university professors. Apolitical content is coming under more scrutiny. In October, almost 10,000 social media accounts for outlets publishing entertainment and celebrity news were closed.
The country’s largest internet companies have also stepped up self-censorship. The messaging platform WeChat issued a statement in November, promising to step up its policing of “politically harmful information” while in April, the boss of Jinri Toutiao, a content aggregator, issued a public apology more similar to self-criticisms in Mao Zedong’s era.

New Horizons heads for flyby of space rock 4bn miles from Earth
Probe could get as close as 2,200 miles from Ultima Thule before beaming back images
A Nasa probe will perform the most distant flyby in history in the early hours of New Year’s Day when it barrels past a space rock called Ultima Thule on the outer edge of the solar system.
Unless gremlins intervene, the New Horizons spacecraft will zoom by the cosmic body at 5.33am GMT and snap thousands of photographs of the dark, icy body as it speeds on into the void.
Ultima Thule lies 4bn miles from Earth in the Kuiper belt, a band of dwarf planets, space rocks and icy debris left over from the formation of the solar system 4.6bn years ago.
New Horizons is so distant that mission scientists have no way of helping out if any last-minute glitches arise. Instead, any final troubleshooting must be handled by the probe’s onboard software.
“It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” said Hal Weaver, a research professor at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland and a project scientist on the New Horizons mission. “This is another great step in the exploration of our solar system.”

French Resistance hero who saved hundreds of Jewish children dies aged 108
Georges Loinger escaped from German camp and spent rest of the war helping children cross Swiss border
A French Resistance hero who used his ingenuity and athleticism to save the lives of hundreds of Jewish children during the second world war has died at the age of 108.
Georges Loinger, a talented athlete and cousin of the famous mime artist and fellow Resistance member Marcel Marceau, smuggled small groups of children across the Swiss border by throwing a ball and telling them to run after it.
Another ruse involved dressing children up as mourners and taking them to a cemetery whose wall abutted the French side of the border. With the help of a gravedigger’s ladder, the “mourners” clambered over the wall and headed for the border just feet away.
The children he saved, whose parents had been killed or sent to Nazi concentration camps, were under the responsibility of the Oeuvre de Secours aux Enfants, (OSE) a Jewish children’s aid society founded in St Petersburg in 1912.
France’s Holocaust Memorial Foundation said Loinger died on Friday. It described him as an “exceptional man”.
