Va Governor calls for investigation of honor students brutal arrest by

Alcohol Beverage Control agents in Charlottesville.

He tried to use a fake ID to enter a bar and was denied. Then the ABC agents rushed in to escalate the situation.

Virginia ABC Statement Regarding Charlottesville Incident
March 18, 2015 at 4:10pm
While monitoring licensed establishments on University Avenue in the City of
Charlottesville, uniformed Virginia ABC special agents arrested a 20-year-old
male early on the morning of March 18.

The individual was charged with Public Intoxication and Obstruction of Justice in
an incident that occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. on March 18 in the 1500
block of University Avenue. The uniformed ABC agents observed and
approached the individual after he was refused entry to a licensed establishment.
A determination was made by the agents to further detain the individual based
on their observations and further questioning.

In the course of an arrest being made, the arrested individual sustained
injuries. The individual received treatment for his injuries at a local
hospital and was released.

Governor McAuliffe has requested that Virginia State Police conduct an independent
investigation into the circumstances of the arrest, including use of
force. Virginia ABC will provide whatever information or assistance is
requested by Virginia State Police.

Virginia ABC is restricting the special agents involved in the incident to
administrative duties while the investigation is underway.

The governor of Virginia asked state police Tuesday to investigate what happened when a black third-year student at the University of Virginia was bloodied while being arrested by Alcoholic Beverage Control agents.

Martese Johnson, 20, a member of the university's Honor Committee and Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, was arrested around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday and charged with public intoxication and obstruction of justice, according to student newspaper The Cavalier Daily and the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Video and photos from the arrest show Johnson on the ground with his face and shirt covered in blood as agents hold him down. The incident went viral Tuesday afternoon with dozens of people writing #MarteseJohnson and #BlackLivesMatter on social media. Governor Terry McAuliffe issued a statement saying his office is keeping a close eye on the case.

"Governor McAuliffe is concerned by the reports of this incident and has asked the Secretary of Public Safety to initiate an independent Virginia State Police investigation into the use of force in this matter," the statement said. "The governor's office has been in contact with University of Virginia President Teresa Sullivan and local law enforcement and will continue to monitor this situation closely as the investigation proceeds."

The special agents involved in Johnson's arrest have been assigned to administrative duties while the investigation is underway, the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control said in a statement.

Video: Sheriff & Entire Board of Commissioners Admit to Breaking Federal & State Laws

And they will swear that there is no quota protocol in place. Because that would lead to dishonesty in the police force.

If I am hearing this right it is a scheme to give Deputies over time by using federal grants to pay them to generate revenue for the county since the grants can only be used for policing.

Cute

People say John Hopkins psilocybin dose rated as top 5 meaningful

experiences of their lives

So the Doctors are now studying dosage and such.

Now I want some.

Johns Hopkins Study Probes "Sacred Mushroom" Chemical

* Scientists seek dosage “sweet spot,” find positive effects lasting over a year
* Former U.S. “Drug Czar” raises policy question
* Clinical trials now underway

Newswise — BALTIMORE, June 15 -- Scientists at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine have zeroed in on the dose levels of the “sacred mushroom” chemical capable of yielding positive, life-changing experiences, while minimizing the chance of transient negative reactions in screened volunteers under supportive, carefully monitored conditions.

The findings, published online this week in the journal Psychopharmacology, come from the latest in a series of rigorous experiments done at Johns Hopkins designed to shed scientific light on psilocybin, a substance found in certain psychoactive mushrooms and used for centuries in various cultures for divinatory, healing, and religious purposes.

Looking back over a year later, most of the experiment’s 18 volunteers (94 percent) rated a psilocybin session as among the top five most or as the topmost spiritually significant experience of his or her life. Under higher doses, up to a third experienced great fear or anxiety or had delusions, yet those reactions, the researchers report, were managed with gentle reassurance from the study monitors and did not outlast the session or harm the volunteers.

Most volunteers (89 percent) also reported positive changes in their behaviors, and those reports were corroborated by family members or others, the researchers say. The behavior changes most frequently cited were improved relationships with family and others, increased physical and psychological self-care, and increased devotion to spiritual practice.

Florida County Sheriff's office recoreded Lawyer-Client talk & gave prosecutors

the tape or DVD and may have recorded nearly 2000 other Lawyer Client conversations at the jail.

If true then the DOJ should start crawling all over this corrupt Sheriff and his Deputies.

From the site:

After investigating, prosecutors issued an 11-page report that found 1,905 attorney-client privileged conversations may have been recorded since April 2011.

The report showed only four of those were sent to the state attorney’s office and another one was given to a detective, and just two of the recordings partially viewed and then turned off.

A cop thinks Texas is getting ready to murder an innocent man in prison on March 5

Even an NYPD police officer is convinced the black man who was having an affair withe the white girlfriend of a Bastrop police officer is innocent of the murder.

From the website:

Kevin Gannon, a retired detective sergeant with the New York Police Department, spent just 10 minutes looking at official documents related to the case of Rodney Reed — slated for execution in Texas on March 5 — before concluding that something was very, very wrong.

It was October 2014 and Gannon was working as part of a three-cop team featured on the A&E channel true-crime show Dead Again. The program follows the trio of veteran detectives as they reinvestigate old murder cases. The team approaches the cases cold, not knowing what original police investigators concluded — or who was arrested and prosecuted in the end. Sometimes, Gannon says, he and his colleagues end up agreeing with the official outcome. Sometimes, they do not.

In this case, the investigators were probing the 1996 murder of 19-year-old Stacey Stites in a rural town in Central Texas. Gannon was given the autopsy report, crime scene photos and video, and police reports. “The first thing I remember [thinking] is, ‘Oh my god, this is way off,’” he told The Intercept. “I knew it was wrong.” He went to talk to his producer and, by 7 p.m. that night, was sitting across from Reed’s Innocence Project lawyer, Bryce Benjet. Today, Gannon is among a number of people who are convinced the state of Texas is preparing to execute an innocent man.

Another dirty cop (rapist) working in St Louis County Mo

Several women wrote police statements. One described waking up and feeling like she`d been sexually assaulted. She told police she “saw Blakeney in bed on top of (her friend) who believed that Blakeney had drugged (her friend) and had sex with (her) while (she) was passed out.”

Blakeney’s old boss at Hrabosky’s told police, “It is well known in the bar industry that Blakeney had drugged and raped many other girls.”

The report says “Blakeney did not deny sexual misconduct” and towards the end of the police interview, Blakeney admitted he lied about several things saying “I just think the cards are stacked against me.” The report also quotes him saying “I`m not going to own up to this. I`ll spend five years in jail.”

Despite the overwhelming amount of information painting Blakeney as sadist who drugged and raped “many girls,” the St. Charles County Prosecutor back then, Jack Banas, did not press charges.

FOX 2 talked to the current prosecutor, who said that they didn’t press charges because they didn’t think they could win a case against him based on the the women’s statements alone, and that they should have been blood tested within 24 hours to detect the “date rape” drugs in their systems.

According to police reports, Blakeney was investigated again for forcible rape after a young woman claimed she was drugged and raped by him. In the report it was discovered that the victim was reluctant to give up Blakeney’s name because she feared him, knowing he was a cop.

Internal affairs investigators from the St. Louis police department were assigned to the case, thinking that the officer involved was one of their own. They pressed the victim for the name, assuring her that what happened to her was in fact “a crime.”

People really need to learn to say "I don't answer questions" when accosted by cops

Susan Schaffer, Eau Claire County Clerk of Courts was the official who gave the orders, saying that the Wisconsin Statute on “Insufficient Jurors” allows them to forcibly pull people off the street to serve in juries.

“It’s something that doesn’t happen very often. It just so happened that today was a day that we just needed more. The court can order the Sheriff to get people right off the street,” Schaffer said.

According to WEAU, that is exactly what Eau Claire County police officers did. The officers reportedly aproached people at random on the street, asked them their age, if they were a resident of the town, and if they had a felony conviction. Depending on the answers they gave the officer, they were told that they had no choice but to go to the court house and serve on a jury.

The Sheriff’s Department was instructed to “physically” bring in people for jury duty, unless they gave the officers their information and promised to drive themselves to the court house themselves.

“I gave a couple of them rides home, and they thought that it was a very interesting process they’ve never heard of the before, but the judge did explain why they were taken off of the street so they could move on with the trial,” Sheriff Cramer said.

After all of that frustration and bullying the jurors weren’t even selected, and the entire situation proved completely pointless.
