I had noted that a couple of people had mentioned that The Election Integrity Project was going to be doing exit polls in California so I reached out to them to ask if that were true and if so when they'd have the results. Turns out that was misinformation. They emailed me back this morning and confirmed that they didn't conduct exit polling, that's not what they do. But they did have this to say:
The Election Integrity Project doesn’t do exit polling. We have volunteers trained in what the California election codes say about the running of the polls and the election process.
The report we will be providing will have more to do with the integrity of the election process. I can tell you know that we have never seen such widespread mismanagement or manipulation of the voter rolls. There were serious problems because so many people had their party affiliation and their preference for voting changed without their knowledge.
Republican voters were changed to No Party Preference, which meant they could not vote with the Republican ballot and were forced to vote provisionally. Democrats were changed to No Party Preference (in smaller numbers) and were forced to vote provisionally. Citizens were changed to Vote-by-mail but never received a ballot so were forced to vote provisional.
We are wondering if there is a problem with VoteCal since the problem was so widespread. Journalist may want to look into this.

How Bernie will win California (CRUCIAL INFO), please please read:
I made a post earlier about how 950,000 ballots still have to be counted in just 3 CA counties ALONE (there are 58 CA counties total), and similarly the LA times has estimated as many as 3 million ballots still haven't been counted We also know that CA will officially count all provisional ballots as long as they can verify voters were properly registered. Additionally, the absentee exit polls had Hillary up 10 points (55, 45), and The Guardian currently has the race at 55.8% Hillary, 43.2% Bernie. Given that so many ballots have yet to be counted my guess is (and I could be wrong on this), that the current results reflect more absentee ballots (which always favor Clinton) than the ballots cast yesterday. So, what does this mean?
As long as Bernie stays in the race until the convention (which he's vowed to do), CA is required to count the remaining ballots. And this is where YOU come in. If people keep checking their ballot status periodically and/or call 562-201-8999 to inquire about/track their votes, and demand their ballots be counted, then we stand at a higher likelihood of this process running smoothly and honestly. Virtually all MSM sources are claiming CA is 100% reported, this IS NOT true. The LA County Registrar alone, released this statement 10 minutes ago: "First estimate of ballots remaining to be processed: ~240,063 provisional; 125,280 VMB returned at polls; 204,946 VBM recorded via mail."
San Diego County's website states, "there are APPROXIMATELY 285000 Mail / Provisional ballots still to be counted," and San Bernardino County has 95,000 more outstanding.
In other words, there are 570,000 ballots to be counted in LA County, 285,000 in San Diego County, 95,000 in San Bernardino County (that's a total of 950,000 in just three counties), and who knows how many more need to be counted in California's 55 other counties (58 total).
At this point it's very likely we won't even see the provisional/VMB ballot breakdown this week, or even the next.
