Democratic Candidates Set a TV Ratings Record at Las Vegas Debate

Democratic Candidates Set a TV Ratings Record at Las Vegas Debate

With the addition of the billionaire candidate Michael Bloomberg, the prime time forum on NBC and MSNBC drew nearly 20 million viewers, beating the Golden Globes and Grammys.

NH primary has record turnout!

With 96% of precincts reporting, I just calculated NH total primary votes to be 293,550. This total will increase as the final votes trickle in.

This beats the previous record which was Obama vs. Hillary in 2008 with 288,672 votes cast.

2016 was 254,776.

Edit: note this is "record Democratic turnout" just to be clear.

Bill Weld got a higher vote percentage than Biden did

117,051 85.7%

12,508 9.2%

3,424 2.5%

72,250 25.9%

68,012 24.4%

54,961 19.7%

25,871 9.3%

23,363 8.4%

Just seemed like an odd factoid to me.

On Monday morning, Klobuchar announced that her campaign has raised more than $3 million in small online donations since Friday’s debate.
