Donald Trump Jr Makes Bizarre Holocaust Joke

“The media has been her number one surrogate in this. Without the media, this wouldn’t even be a contest, but the media has built her up. They’ve let he slide on every indiscrepancy, on every lie, on every DNC game trying to get Bernie Sanders out of this thing. If Republicans were doing that, they’d be warming up the gas chamber right now.” – Donald Trump Jr.

As much as it is in poor taste, how does this even make sense? Like the media goes around killing people? And to mention it in the context of Bernie Sanders is horrible.

My dream is that at the end of this campaign not only is Hillary president, and the Dems

have control of Congress, but Trump is actually in jail, as his illegal scams are exposed for the world to see.

The charity foundation with the REAL SCANDAL is Trump's:

"Now it appears that multiple charities are telling him they never received donations the Trump Foundation claimed on IRS submissions."

Moreover, it seems like his charity was actually used to bribe elected officials, such as Pam Bondi.

Great tweet storm on the sexism against Hillary by Melissa McEwan

The media are engaging in the most basic form of sexism: Treating a highly qualified woman & a man w/ zero experience as equally qualified.

It's not a coincidence that every male pres candidate was expected to have some level of competence 'til the guy running against a woman.

Now suddenly a man with no political experience, no serious policy proposals, no credibility, no honesty, & no decency is considered viable.

Indulging Trump's unfitness isn't happening in a vacuum, but in the context of a history of low bars set for men competing against women.

This is exactly how the rules get changed when women strive in across our culture. The standards are altered so talent no longer matters.

Standards based on talent & competence are replaced with standards of personality, likability, and optics. Sound familiar?

Women trailblazers in every field play by the rules delineated for success, then the rules get changed by the gatekeepers.

This is harmful and indecent when it governs the rules of access in any space, but when it's the presidency, it's terrifyingly dangerous.

It reverberates. And it confers legitimacy on this strategy to be used against women & girls in every arena. The media are playing w/ fire.

"Keepin' it 1600" with Jon Favreau and Dan Pfeiffer

I just started listening to this podcast, and it is really excellent, with 2 pro-Hillary people who really know what they are talking about:

The most recent one had someone who knows about govt security, and they got into Hillary's emails towards the end. Overall they did a nice job explaining the security issue and why what Hillary did with her State Dept emails was perfectly understandable and not really any serious problem.

He is not a joke. Anyone who supports Trump is supporting monstrous evil.

Trump’s Mass Deportation Machine Would Create an American Police State Equal to Nazi Germany

Trump’s plan portends great civil strife, economic devastation and the imposition of a police state.
By Steven Rosenfeld / AlterNet September 1, 2016

Donald Trump’s pledge yesterday to speedily deport “anyone who has entered the United States illegally” would require the creation of a vast police state that harkens back to the early 20th century, with Nazi Germany’s roundups and deportations of millions of Jews and others deemed undesirable.

Trump's Illegal Immigrant Modeling Agency

Republican nominee Donald Trump has placed immigration at the core of his presidential campaign. He has claimed that undocumented immigrants are "taking our jobs" and "taking our money," pledged to deport them en masse, and vowed to build a wall on the Mexican border. At one point he demanded a ban on Muslims entering the country. Speaking to supporters in Iowa on Saturday, Trump said he would crack down on visitors to the United States who overstay their visas and declared that when any American citizen "loses their job to an illegal immigrant, the rights of that American citizen have been violated." And he is scheduled to give a major address on immigration in Arizona on Wednesday night.

But the mogul's New York modeling agency, Trump Model Management, has profited from using foreign models who came to the United States on tourist visas that did not permit them to work here, according to three former Trump models, all noncitizens, who shared their stories with Mother Jones. Financial and immigration records included in a recent lawsuit filed by a fourth former Trump model show that she, too, worked for Trump's agency in the United States without a proper visa.

Foreigners who visit the United States as tourists are generally not permitted to engage in any sort of employment unless they obtain a special visa, a process that typically entails an employer applying for approval on behalf of a prospective employee. Employers risk fines and possible criminal charges for using undocumented labor.

Founded in 1999, Trump Model Management "has risen to the top of the fashion market," boasts the Trump Organization's website, and has a name "that symbolizes success." According to a financial disclosure filed by his campaign in May, Donald Trump earned nearly $2 million from the company, in which he holds an 85 percent stake. Meanwhile, some former Trump models say they barely made any money working for the agency because of the high fees for rent and other expenses that were charged by the company.
