create and produce a totally professional (think best 60 Minutes programs) hour long program focused on small subcontractors and their owners, employees and families who were damaged and or bankrupted when Don the Con stiffed/shorted them on projects where he brags of making millions and millions. Michael Moore's "Roger and Me" comes to mind.

Should be designed to include commercial slots so it would be shown on network(s) and/or cable channels without cost, followed up by prominent Youtube presentation.
