Yesterday a farmworker in tears said "We love you Bernie, we really do". Here's why.
They dont mention the real issues that affect out lives on MSM or Google News.
Not only in Flint: Bakersfield and Kern County water is poisoned by nitrates and fracking. The people cant drink it but have to pay for it anyway.
Farmworkers who pick berries for the Driscoll company all up and down the west coast in the USA and Mexico, from Washington state through California and Baja California, are striking against subhuman wages and treatment. They want us to Boycott Driscoll, they want Costco and Whole Foods to stop carrying their products.
Although farm work exposes thousands to pesticides and injuries, clinics and services to workers are being slashed. In some cases the employers force workers to report to company doctors. These doctors send injured workers back to the fields, telling them theres nothing wrong with them.
This is real life and issues that are important to Californians, farmworkers, and rural communities across the west coast.

‘A capacity to move voters’: can California be Sanders’ golden state?
After Hillary Clinton won the New York Democratic primary in April, her surrogates began relaying the message: game over, Bernie Sanders. Time to go home. It is mathematically impossible to win the nomination.
Hillary Clinton's week from hell: can she shake off troubles to take on Trump?

Technically, they were right. The rivals may be separated by only 270 pledged delegates, a large but not insurmountable gap, but that figure does not take into account the superdelegates who do not owe allegiance to any vote and almost all of whom 571 are already pledged to Clinton.
Nobody appears to have told Sanders. The Vermont senator has set a punishing pace in California: in the last week alone he addressed crowds in National City, Vista, Irvine, Santa Monica, Anaheim, East Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Cathedral City, Lancaster, Ventura, San Pedro, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Pomona, Bakersfield, Fresno and Visalia.
Sanders has outspent Clinton on advertising and his ground game is strong; he has more than 55,000 volunteers in the state who have made more than two million phone calls, according to the campaign.
His rallies, attended by tens of thousands, sometimes more, certainly dont feel like those of a losing candidate.

Over 7,500 'feel the Bern' as presidential candidate Sanders stops in Santa Maria
Over 7,500 people packed into the Ralph Baldiviez Stadium at Santa Maria High School Saturday afternoon to vocalize their support for Vermont senator and presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders.
Supporters began lining up at the Thornburg Street gate at the break of dawn, hoping to reserve a good seat, although the senator wasn't supposed to make it to the rally until early afternoon.
Michelle Shapiro, of Orcutt, said that she'd been patiently waiting in line at the gate since 8 a.m.
"I'm just so excited to show my support at the rally today," she said. "I can't believe Bernie Sanders is going to be speaking to the little town here in Santa Maria, and here's hoping for him to get ahead of Hillary."
