You hit the nail on the head JD

I am hoping there was a segment of the population who saw this and told themselves they like Bernie's vision for the country. He was very clear and concise to Charlie's questions.

I am praying that when it comes to to mark that ballot they will make a clear common sense decision of what their future holds. Climate change, as an example, should be a top-priority issue for many Americans. Lets hope they are paying attention.

I'm hoping to get me a critter around March.

At least I'm feeling serious about adopting one. Was a bit unsure at first.

I'm beginning to think Jeff Weaver is doing good things for Bernie.

Haven't heard of him before but Weaver seems to have full command of what the campaign needs to do to win. He must have told Bernie "get em fired up". And he did.

Democrats In Trouble?

there are also thousands of critically important offices all the way down the ballot. And the vast majority — 70 percent of state legislatures, more than 60 percent of governors, 55 percent of attorneys general and secretaries of state — are in Republicans hands. And, of course, Republicans control both chambers of Congress.

We cannot lose focus on state races. But we all knew these were important too. Yes?

I think he's really hoping a large segment of the population is behind him.

Just like he has said many times, nothing is going to happen unless we get involved. I like the answer he gave to the possibility of dealing with a "do nothing" Congress.

I think if I had a million people knocking on my door constantly, or camped out in front of my office, I would likely get the hint. That is a Political Revolution.

First everyone was saying he could, now their saying he can't.

I agree with the OP on the point of "self-defeating" attitudes many people have here. Like Bernie has said many times. It's not about Bernie, or Hillary. It's about ALL OF US. We're in this together. And if we all stand together we will have huge smiles on our face when its over.

Remember the movie Network when (forgot his name) said "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore." A classic line in movie lore. I thought from what I've seen here in the past few weeks are a group of people who are truly PO'd at the corporate top-down political structure we've been dealing with for many years. So seriously. Are you really PO'd, or are you too tired to fight for what you believe?

Kinda sad if you ask me. Some want to stand up and fight. Others want to go with the direction the wind is blowing.

If this doesn't turn out good for us come Nov. I'm going to start drinking again--just to ease the pain as much as possible.

I had a gentleman ask me about which party I thought was better.

But I'm not allowed to say. I have to be neutral. I wanted to weasel around the question but didn't know how at the time. But he did check Dem box. Good choice dude.

Bill wants to see Bernie get the Nom.

I want to see him bring those disgruntled "R's" into the camp. Bernie's right. There are "R's" out there who have lost their job to Chinese workers. There is a commonality with D's and R's on one thing and its outsourcing. I believe there was a post here a couple weeks ago indicating a group called "Republicans For Bernie." So he can build on that group of voters. If he can bring a large number of "R's into the campaign, he wins. I have no doubt they will get behind Bernie's idea's.

I can't hold this back any longer.

I've been feeling really good today (something that doesn't happen often). For the first time ever I registered 31 new American citizens to vote! Of this group, I had 2 DTS, and one "R". The rest had a "D" in the party affiliation box. Was really thrilled to see so many 'D" voters. Been thinking about it all day. New American citizens can soon vote. What an awesome feeling! Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to say things like, "What did ya think about Bernie in the debate the other night?" A big no-no. Wearing buttons were not allowed either. Understandable.

I hope more people can register people to vote. I was thinking about the repuke suppression tactics and thought about a large turnout. We need it to overcome the repuke vote cheating. Makes me pissed just thinking about it.

Anyway. REGISTER TO VOTE!!! And ask your county voter registrar's office if you can become an agent to register people. It'll leave you with a good feeling.
