(Incidentally, as many on Twitter have pointed out, in China a green hat is a symbol of a cuckhold, a screw-up that somehow feels so right for this administration.)

In other words, they are - obviously! - subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. If born on American soil, they are also citizens of the United States.”
