LONDON: Islamic State (ISIS) hackers have published a "hit list" of over 70 US military personnel who have been involved in drone strikes against terror targets in Syria and asked their followers to "kill them wherever they are".
According to 'The Sunday Times', the hackers have links with Britain and call themselves 'Islamic State Hacking Division' and circulated online the names, home addresses and photographs of more than 70 US staff, including women and urged supporters: "Kill them wherever they are, knock on their doors and behead them, stab them, shoot them in the face or bomb them."
The group also claimed that it might have a mole in the UK's ministry of defence and threatened to publish "secret intelligence" in the future that could identify Britain's Royal Air Force (RAF) drone operators.

Let's get this straight about Trump
He has been a master at outsourcing manufacturing in his own companies, been bankrupted many times, been a billionaire during the time that wages have gone down across the country (are his employees all paid decent salaries), doesn't have any experience in foreign affairs during a dangerous global time AND there are a sizeable number of people supporting him? Most of the people are working poor and the exact demographic that drumpf has NEVER helped before.
And at least one of his son's revels in killing exotic, endangered animals like Leopards in Africa. I stopped watching apprentice when that photo of his ugly disgusting face with the leopard he slaughtered made the rounds.
The electorate is stupid indeed.

Why is the system out to get Bernie? he who would singlehandedly fix capitalism, ensure that guns hurt no one, and let his democratic self out in full glory.
even google developers are probably writing code to skew election results and polls. I think when a poll result is displayed, Bernie and Hillary results are swapped so Bernie always seems to be behind.
while I'm at it. I don't understand why Hillary should win the nomination just because she has more declared delegates and superdelegates. when does having more votes give her the right to take the nomination? Especially if, by the current changing in support, if the nomination was delayed for another year, Bernie would win. Why is Hillary so corrupt that she has worked the system so that the nominee has to be selected this year.
Hillary has all the power to corrupt the system by having votes counted, nominations this year, and 35 years as a lawyer, first lady, best selling author, senator, secretary of state. what does she know. And given the chance, couldn't all of us do what she's done? Bernie could. And Hillary didn't let him do any of those things. I would vote for Bernie but Hillary won't let me.

John Ridsdel, Canadian Killed In Philippines, Remembered As 'Gracious Person'

CALGARY — John Ridsdel, a Canadian killed by hostage-takers in the Philippines, was remembered Monday as a brilliant, compassionate man with a talent for friendship.
"He could bridge many communities, many people, many situations and circumstances and environments in a very gentle way," said Gerald Thurston, a lifelong friend of the former mining executive and journalist who grew up with him in Yorkton, Sask.
Ridsdel was one of four tourists — including Canadian Robert Hall, a Norwegian man and a Filipino woman — who were kidnapped last September from a marina resort on southern Samal Island by Abu Sayyaf militants.
The Islamic militants had threatened to kill one of the male hostages if a large ransom was not paid by 3 p.m. Monday local time — 3 a.m. ET. Police said Monday that the head of a Caucasian male was recovered in the southern Philippines and Canadian government officials confirmed the victim was Ridsdel, 68.

Bangladesh professor hacked to death by alleged ISIS militants

HAKA: An English professor on way to his university in northwestern Bangladesh was today hacked to death by ISIS militants near his home, the latest in a series of brutal attacks on bloggers, intellectuals and activists by the dreaded group in the Muslim-majority country.
Rajshahi University professor AFM Rezaul Karim Siddiquee, 58, was attacked by motorbike-borne assailants within 50 metres of his residence in Rajshahi city as the militants slit his throat using sharp weapons and left him to die, police said.
"The miscreants attacked him from behind with machetes as he walked to the university campus from his home around 7.30am," local police station in-charge Shahdat Hossain told PTI over phone.

Hindu girl abducted in Pakistan, police inaction alleged

Pakistan's ruling party PML(N)'s prominent minority Hindu community Member of National Assembly (MNA) Ramesh Kumar Vankwani has alleged police inaction in the abduction of a 14-year-old Hindu girl in the Sindh province.
While talking to TOI over phone from Karachi, Vankwani, who is also founder of Pakistan Hindu Council, informed that on April 10th , a 14 years old Hindu girl Leela Bai was abducted from Sanghar district of Sindh. However police was taking no action either to trace her or nab the abductors despite an FIR at Mangli police station .

30 dead, hundreds wounded as Taliban attack rattles Kabul

KABUL: At least 30 people were killed and hundreds wounded when a Taliban truck bomb tore through central Kabul and a fierce firefight broke out Tuesday, a week after the insurgents launched their annual spring offensive.
The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack in a densely crowded neighbourhood, which sent clouds of acrid smoke billowing into the sky and rattled windows several kilometres away.
The brazen assault near the defence ministry marks the first major Taliban attack in the Afghan capital since the insurgents announced the start of this year's fighting season.

A dire video clip emerged Friday showing two Canadian hostages in a “final urgent appeal” for Ottawa to save them from imminent beheading by their Abu Sayyaf captors.
Calgarian expat John Ridsdel and his fellow Canadian abductee Robert Hall both speak directly to the camera with a knife to their throat, in a message clearly intended for the Canadian government — pay the ransom within the next 10 days or we will die.
“We’re told this is the absolute final warning, the final urgent appeal to governments — Philippine, Canadian — and families,” Ridsdel said. “If 300 million (Philippine pesos, or $8.3 million Canadian) is not paid for me by 3 p.m. on April 25th, they will behead me.”

60-Year-Old Christian Woman Publicly Caned In Indonesia For Breaking Sharia Law

A 60-year-old Christian woman was caned yesterday (April 12) in Indonesia’s Banda Aceh province—for breaking rules aimed at Muslims. It was the first time somebody from outside the Islamic faith was caned under the province’s harsh sharia regulations.
In the same nation where beachgoers in Bali throw back beers and frolic in bikinis, the woman was whipped nearly 30 times with a rattan cane before a crowd of hundreds, for the crime of selling alcohol. The canings are performed in public with shaming in mind. While many onlookers find the punishments hard to watch, some shout insults at the victims and hold up their cameraphones to record and share the macabre spectacle.
Until recently, sharia regulations applied only to the province’s Muslim population. But under bylaws that went into effect late last year, now members of other religions can also be punished under the rules—although until yesterday it wasn’t clear just how far that would go.
