The main thing that the Democrats need to begin to do right now is to push for party unity. If not

unity, then party determination. We a couple of ads reminding folks of what happened in 2000 when Nader ran third party. For those who may not be thrilled with Hillary as a candidate they need to understand that IF they are true Democrats, in November it becomes all about the Party. There cannot be any "protest" votes because that kind of divide can throw the electoral college and/or the election into Trumps hands. The hardcore Trump followers are going to vote for him come hell or high water and they are not going to divide their votes to vote libertarian and certainly not green. We need a slogan like "Never Divided!" or something along those lines. We have to struggle hard to keep the Obama coalition together.

Think of some slogans we need to put out there as soon as this shitty primary is over.

Never divided
Stick together
United we win
Party forward
Party Now
The Grass is not Greener
Put Our Country First-Stay the Course.

So Trump "raises" money from other people for the Veterans but chastises Hillary for not "giving"

money to Vets. He makes it sound like he is giving all that money himself. He just wrote a check for 1 million to cover his lying ass.

Gore ran away from Bill & Hillary Clinton in 2000, will he do the same in 2016?

One would think not, since his own marriage dissolved over infidelity and he lost his election by not fighting for it. He is a super delegate now. Wonder if he will vote for Hillary? If he doesn't in moves down to the bottom of my S list.

Hillary really needs to get out there and explain the server issue behind what the GOP is alleging.

They get on TV and claim that she compromised national security, that her server was hacked, that she passed classified information on her server etc. None of which has been proven true. They say she violated the law...I thought it was all about violating internal SOS rules. Are they talking about the FOIA Act? Deid the Act change. Personal e-mails are subject to FOIA? I guess I am behind the times.

If she was SOS during the time bin Laden was captured, why wasn't that operation compromised? I guess the alleged hackers didn't find that interesting? At any rate, I believe the FBI should hurry up and finish their investigation so that Hillary can get on with her campaign OR suffer whatever consequences they charge her with. If anything happens to her candidacy I sure don't want Bernie for President. I want time for the decisions to be made to nominate and elect another Democrat not Bernie.

Bernie's passion really lies with fighting the "system" or the capitalistic system than with real

compassion for people. He began by being more interested in destroying Wall Street and breaking up big banks and narrowing the income gap between white working men and women and the 1%. After his message seemed to resonate with those anti-Obama POC, he suddenly became more of a champion of modern civil rights. He was and is all too happy to have them come along for the ride to increase his numbers against HRC but if you notice, his message changed AFTER a number of them and the BLM latched on to him.

He seems, to me, to be lost in his own rhetoric and not knowing how to get re-focused on what his original intention was. I can't tell if he is leading a movement or if a movement is leading him. He has definitely lost control to Tim Weaver who himself is not sure of what he is controlling.

Free college, breaking up big banks, and reigning in Wall Street is how he started and were his passions aimed at white middle class voters...because most of those issues have little bearing on POC who can't reap the benefits of much of his agenda because racism still factors them out of much of it.

Yep, Bernie has lost control and he is angry about not being able to get his focus back. So he has decided that if he can't destroy the "rigged system" he will at least destroy the Democratic party.

This, right here is what I have been screaming about. HRC camp should have been busy handling this

along with her POC base. This should be the main purpose of her ground game and I haven't heard or seen anything about Hillary engaging with the old civil rights and voting rights activists in a serious GOTV and GOTRegistration movement. I know she is busy fending off attacks from the FBI, State, Congress, Bernie and Trump all at the same time but this movement should have been started in 2015 and should be very visible right now.

"MOST AMERICANS DON’T THINK ABOUT VOTING RIGHTS - Samantha Lachman: “National Democrats are doing more outreach than ever before to convince voters they are the party that defends the right to vote. But new polling from The Huffington Post and YouGov demonstrates they have some work to do to get that message to voters. This presidential election year is the first without the full protections of the federal Voting Rights Act (VRA).... For 17 states, this presidential election will be the first in which new voting restrictions are in effect, according to the Brennan Center for Justice….Despite these stepped-up engagement efforts, a new HuffPost/YouGov poll reveals that a significant chunk of U.S. adults don’t have fully formed opinions about which party is more committed to protecting the right to vote. Thirty-eight percent of respondents said they trust Democrats more on voting rights, 32 percent said they trust Republicans more and 30 percent said they were not sure.” [HuffPost]

Bernie promised to do everything in his power to keep Donald Trump from becoming President.

Notice, he did not say he would support Hillary nor any other Democrat. He could easily pull his support behind the libertarian party. He never promised to NOT destroy the Democratic party.

People, people, people!! We really need to stop the bickering and get our heads together on

not just how to bring the party together, but how to bring the party out to vote and how to EDUCATE our voters about the importance of voting in every election and for every position. Sheriffs, judges, city councils, boards of education, but especially State legislatures, and GOVERNORSHIPS!

We are faced right now with situations that could very well deny us the best winning ticket for the President just because we can't afford to lose Senate seats in states with GOP governors. We can't afford to have some great Democrats appointed to important cabinet or other positions because we can't afford to loses some Senate seats because GOP governors would get to select their replacement. We need to pay attention to where we put our focus and think long term.

If we don't set our focus on future elections, voter suppression, and state and LOCAL elections we are walking on a treadmill, taking many steps but going no where.

How can people form their lips to say that Obama has raised energy costs all over the country?

Trump spokesperson: We are more energy independent that at any other time in modern history. The woman on CNN right now just doesn't know WTF she is talking about. Disgusting. We are pumping more oil and importing less than under his predecessors. Trump and his spokespersons can just say any lying shit and get away with it and his supporters don't give a damn as long as he maintains his impression of being a racist, bigot, misogynist, anti-Obama, anti-Hillary clown. That is what they love about him and they believe that Trump will make America great again by stopping any form of equity or advance meant of POC.

Did Rachel just reveal security information and put the life of the "football carrier" in danger?

How or why was she able talk about the "football" and the "biscuit" like that. Is anyone else surprised by this? Much more dangerous than personal e-mails to me. Now lots of folks will be looking to see the "football" wherever the President travels. It made me uncomfortable. Anyone else?
