If the primaries where closed Bernie would win by a landslide because people would change there party to vote for this un corrupt populace. The more they find out about Senator Sanders the more he gains. He would bring back a hella lot of independents back to the Democratic party more so than he has been. Independents are the biggest voting block in the nation. The media and the parties have not come to the realization that he is in the center in line with the majority of the populace.
I was talking to a sometime quasi Republican or thought he was in the middle Democrat friend of mine & he said Bernie is too far left. I asked what is too far left and issue by issue he agreed that Bernie is where he is politically. He is older and does not have internet, so that kinda explains it.
Being that the Democratic party has the word Democratic one would think that they would welcome open primaries because that is more democratic right?

When this crash happens voters will vote like pitchforks and mobs to vote um out. We need a candidate that can't be blamed by the legal corruption that both parties have produced. Bernie Sanders can be our FDR.

There is this deceptive & lying narrative from so called liberal radio, TV & pundits that Senator Sanders has done nothing for the Democratic party and has no right to run as one.
Bernie Sanders "the amendment king" and founding member of the Democratic Progressive Caucus who by the way has always been there for them caucusing with them.
By staying an independent he has been able to do more for the progressive cause and his record proves it. When you don't take somebody's money you don't owe them and have to compromise your position so much.
Of course one very important thing in getting progressive Democratic candidates elected is money. Through ActBlue this is being accomplished. Senator Sanders has turned ActBlue and it's tip jar into a money donation juggernaut for democratic candidates.
The other thing is, he is bringing in a lot of new grassroots Democratic candidates in the party well also helping established progressive candidates with the Bernie momentum. A new word I learned is Berniecrats.
What Hillary done for progressives? She is practically not using ActBlue. I wonder where all her moneys coming from?
The corporate media is doing independent media a great service because of there bullying, lies and deception, more and more are cutting the proverbial cord because we fact check and get it.

I get a chance to listen to some radio or so called liberal radio (more like neo-liberal) and I find that they just talk about mostly social issues, abortion and Trump. They are pro Hillary and nothing wrong with that but they state outright falsehoods and half twisted truths when it comes to Senator Sanders. Norman Goldman and Stephanie miller are two that fit this description. If you can help, please call in and correct them with facts they seem to bypass. Thanks.

No it does not lead to totalitarianism, authoritarian by tyrannic government & oligarchs. The opposite is true for it strongly prevents it. This is because at its core it for the democratic engagement, strong voter rights, the 4th and 14th amendments.
No it does not mean that the government is the means of production or it's the end of private property. It strongly believes in the right to a job and against trade deals that destroys our jobs. We are already a Socialist Democratic Country to a degree and the government does not make any widgets.
