Your jury system sucks. I know it is biased---- you have allowed them to chase away half of the Democrats on YOUR website. I just had a thread hidden for no reason whatsoever. I have been one of the best mannered persons on DU and my thread would never had been touched months ago. I can vote for anyone I want to vote for and the people who want to take away my voice and my vote deserve to be banished forever.

Not holding my breath, I expected HRC to win KY BUT given the transgressions and cross contamination from WV this could be at best a tie.

An infographic showing how to make 'Bernie Sanders Glowsticks' has been doing the rounds on Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.

It appears, however, to be instructions for a bomb which explodes and releases chlorine gas.

According to BuzzFeed, the dangerous recipe - aimed at Bernie Sanders supporters - was first posted on a messaging board, not unlike 4Chan.

The original poster and people on the thread now seem be sharing it maliciously.

Deadlines loom for answers in Clinton email probe as U.S. judge sets discovery

A federal judge on Wednesday directed State Department officials and top aides to Hillary Clinton to answer questions under oath by June 29 about whether they intentionally thwarted federal open-records laws by allowing Clinton’s use of a private email server throughout her tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan in Washington sets the stage for responses before July’s presidential nominating conventions — but does not ensure cooperation — from at least six current and former top officials, including Cheryl D. Mills, who was Clinton’s chief of staff at State; Huma Abedin, Mills’s deputy who now is vice chairman of Clinton’s Democratic presidential campaign; and Bryan Pagliano, a Clinton staff member during her 2008 presidential campaign who helped set up the private server.

While Sullivan did not permit questioning of Clinton herself for now, he wrote that the conservative legal watchdog group Judicial Watch may ask to do so later if it thinks “based on information learned during discovery, the deposition of Mrs. Clinton may be necessary.”

Sullivan’s 15-page written opinion and order came after lawyers for the government agreed to a narrowed scope of questions requested by Judicial Watch. The group filed a lawsuit over its 2013 public-records request for information concerning Abedin’s employment arrangement.

~ It's time to come together...Bernie is likely out of the running because the numbers are against him...Bernie says he will now go after the Super Delegates but that won't work out for him...There's not that much difference between Bernie and Hillary...Bernie started a MOVEMENT and the DNC will have to incorporate his ideas into the Democratic Platform...Hillary has become a progressive and will stay a progressive....and on and on ad nauseum...~

TH is freaked about the supremes. That is always his argument. We HAVE to band together and vote for Hillary because if we don't the Supreme Court will be the same as it has been for the last couple of decades.

And now Hartmann wants us to accept their choice and be good little democrats while espousing they will embrace the 'movement' Bernie started and Hillary will 'remain' a progressive? What tripe!!!! Sanders unveiled a new accusation this week, pointing to “extremely serious concerns” about Clinton’s joint fundraising activities with the DNC. A letter from his attorney laid out the issue: the joint fundraising structure allows Clinton to accept much larger individual donations than her campaign is legally allowed to receive, and that money is then being used to send out mailers and online ads to raise money from smaller donors who can contribute directly to the campaign multiple times. The group has collected $33 million dollars so far.
“This is the type of mega, mega joint fundraising committee that we all feared would come into existence if McCutcheonwere ruled the wrong way, which it was,” said Craig Holman with Public Citizen. “It makes maximum use of the loose rules governing joint fundraising. They’re using big checks to set up a small donor fundraising campaign and turning over the small donors to the Hillary campaign while keeping the large ones for the party. It is permissible, but it’s offensive, and it should be illegal.”
Both Holman and Larry Noble with the Campaign Legal Center emphasized that it’s extremely unusual and possibly unprecedented for a party to raise so much money for a candidate before the general election.
“It shows the DNC has clearly taken sides before they even have a nominee,” said Holman. “There’s an obvious bias.”
Noble agreed. “They really are throwing their weight behind a particular candidate,” he said. “Their argument is usually that it helps the party generally, but the practical and legal reality is that it benefits Hillary Clinton. You just don’t expect this kind of thing to happen in the primaries.”
Noble added that even if there were a legal violation in Clinton’s fundraising — for example, exceeding limits for in-kind donations from the DNC to her campaign — the gridlocked Federal Elections Commissions will not do anything to put a stop to it.

I rescued two cats from a concrete balcony apartment in the hood. She had 12 kittens, we kept one and found good homes for the others. I searched for dogs that were protective and good with cats. not what I expected....she is now 7 and I would not ever have another breed, even if she follows me into the bathroom. gawd.
