My guy really needs to run off-leash, and dog parks are the only option.

I am deeply torn over this.

On one hand, I don't worry about getting near any people, myself.

But, the dogs all go getting petted by everyone, and slobber over each other, etc.

Aside from whether dogs can catch this (some anecdotes indicate they can), I'd be concerned with the virus hitching a ride on his fur.

Some entrepreneur needs to make a doggy wipe to disinfect their coat but not be harmful if they lick it. But they'd be sold out at stores, too.
