Other Than the Private Server
Ok so where are the transcripts? 200k an hour, and saying the regular folks dont deserve 15
an hour..Yeah I can see the defense in that. But just in case we will have the cheersquad (paid or unpaid) come in here and start talking about a double standard. If anyone is having a double standard it is the Clintons...one rule for them and the rest for everyone else.
To the cheersquad, don't forget to hit the button if you don't like the message..its what we do in a democracy.
New York suit launched after 125,000 denied vote right
A United States voter advocacy organisation has launched a lawsuit over "systematic" electoral irregularities in New York's presidential primary that led to more than 125,000 Democratic voters being dropped from poll rolls for unconfirmed reasons and denied their right to vote.
Shyla Nelson, the spokeswoman for Election Justice USA, told Al Jazeera that the group's lawsuit, filed against New York's Board of Elections at the Federal District Court in Brooklyn on Monday, is calling for provisional ballots from reportedly disenfranchised voters to be counted before the primary's results are certified.

Shoemaker New Balance Challenges Obama On Trans-Pacific Partnership
Shoemaker New Balance is criticizing the Obama administration over the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The company is trying to make a running shoe with 100 percent American parts and feel the trade deal will doom shoes made in the U.S.

I wanted to write out a quick summary about the 30,000k emails that Hillary Clinton and her lawyers deleted. This is sparked by the recent Vice News lawsuit against the DOJ for secretly denying a FOIA request in relation to these emails. More on this in a bit.
October 2014: Hillary deletes 30k personal emails After receiving a congressional subpoena for emails relating to the attacks in Benghazi, Hillary Clinton and her lawyers "wiped the server clean"
Clinton was under a subpoena order from the panel for all documents related to the 2012 attacks on the American compound there. But David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, said the 900 pages of emails previously provided to the panel cover its request. Kendall also informed the committee that Clintons emails from her time at the State Department have been permanently erased.
In a letter provided to the committee, Kendall said Clinton would not be turning over the server to a third-party for review and that the emails no longer exist on the private server located in her New York home.
There is no basis to support the proposed third-party review of the server that hosted the hdr22@clintonemail.com account, Kendall wrote. To avoid prolonging a discussion that would be academic, I have confirmed with the secretarys IT support that no emails ..for the time period January 21, 2009 through February 1, 2013 reside on the server or on any back-up systems associated with the server
It was originally reported that her and her lawyers used a keyword search to identify work related emails and deleted anything else. This would include all communication to non .gov addresses. Later however, her lawyers claimed that they did a thorough review of each individual email.
August 2015: Hillary says she turned over all work emails under penalty of perjury:
Since news broke in March of her use of a personal email address on a server kept in her Chappaqua, New York, home, Clinton has insisted that she's turned over all of her work-related emails to the State Department and deleted all others -- but wouldn't turn over her server to the government.
This follows U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ordering the State Department to have Clinton as well as two former top department aides to state under penalty of perjury they have produced all government records in their possession.
What did Hillary say was in these personal emails?
"I chose not to keep my private personal emails emails about planning Chelseas wedding or my mothers funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends as well as yoga routines, family vacations, the other things you typically find in inboxes"
Hillary attempted to erase the backups of the emails twice The admins of Platte River Networks, who facilitated the backups feared a coverup was happening:
Any chance you found an old email with their directive to cut the backup back in Oct-Feb, one Platte River employee asked another, according to excerpts of the emails included in a Monday letter from Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.).
I know they had you cut it once in Oct-Nov, then again to 30day in Feb-ish. Such a record, the employee said, would be golden," and would clear the company of outside criticism and point back to Clinton Executive Service Corp., which appears to be a Clinton family company, according to the Johnson letter. Starting to think this whole thing really is covering up some shaddy shit"...
FBI Recovers all of Hillary's deleted emails Through a cloud backup system unknown to Clinton and her lawyers. The FBI were able to retrieve all of her emails.
With the consent of our client and their end user, and consistent with our policies regarding data privacy, yesterday, Tuesday, October 6, Datto delivered a hardware device to the FBI containing all backed up data related to Platte Rivers Networks' client known to be in its possession, Datto said in a statement.
FOIA Request relating to these personal emails were denied in secret
This week a judge supported the lawsuit from Vice News and ordered: the DOJ to "to file publicly a redacted copy of the secret filing or "show cause why" that isn't possible. He gave the government until April 26 to do that."
It is clear that these emails are playing a large role the FBI investigation, which caused them to deny the FOIA request in-camera (privately) and ex-parte without notifying the other party. This is rare, and implies that the justification for denying the request would be detrimental.
Hillary Clinton is walking a very fine line, and has stated under penalty of perjury, that she has provided all work related emails in her possession before deleting her personal emails. If she also deleted emails relating to the attacks in Libya, that would have happened after those documents were subpoenaed. This also doesn't speak to her potentially deleting emails containing classified material.
All of the back and forth around sending or receiving classified information seems to take a back seat to the personal emails that Clinton and her lawyers went out of their way to delete. The proactive decision would also satisfy the intent requirement for prosecution.
Clinton targets young voters with new fundraising group
NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton launched a bid on Thursday to draw young voters and small donors to her campaign, targeting the strengths of her rival, Bernie Sanders, as she looks ahead to the general election.
Dubbed "for45" - for Clinton as the 45th president of the United States - the group will offer associate level membership for as low as $250, according to an invitation seen by Reuters for an April 25 Philadelphia event.
"We will have an opportunity to fund-raise and host low-dollar events, speaking to what we are passionate about and why we support her," said Akilah Ensley, a 32-year-old Clinton supporter planning to join the group. "It's important that we engage."
The group held its "kick-off" conference call on Thursday, featuring the Clinton campaign's finance director, Dennis Cheng, other campaign officials, and actress Lena Dunham, according to an invitation to the call.
The group includes two other tiers, according to an information sheet seen by Reuters - a "member" level with minimum fundraising of $2,500 and an "advisor" level for raising at least $10,000.

How the Clinton Team Thwarted Effort to Regulate Derivatives
In April 1998, a decade before a historic crisis wreaked havoc on global financial markets, an obscure regulator saw a potential gap in the governments oversight of Wall Street and tried to do something about it.
Now, newly released records show just how ardently some of the Clinton administrations most prominent figures shot her down. The documents add to the story of how President Bill Clintons team took a stance, on derivatives and other issues, that shielded Wall Street from more aggressive oversight in the years leading up to the 2008 financial crisis

Money influences everybody. That includes Hillary Clinton
Democrats have a decision to make: do they think money in politics is a corrupting force that influences the decisions made by elected officials, or not? After years railing against the Citizens United decision, which opened the floodgates to outside spending in elections, some of them appear to have done a complete reversal.
The Clinton campaign has spent the last few weeks furiously pushing back at the criticism that she is influenced by the vast donations her campaign receives from backers in the oil and financial industries. Her supporters have been vigorously arguing theres no evidence of a quid pro quo.

This is why people don’t trust Hillary: How a convenient reversal on gun control highlights her
opportunismFor many Americans on the political left, it has been hard to take anything Hillary Clinton has said during the 2016 Democratic primaries at face value. With Senator Bernie Sanders running well to her left, the former Secretary of State has attempted to rebrand herself as a pragmatic progressive (a progressive who likes to get things done) who, by and large, agrees with the principles of Sanders, but would be much better at affecting real change in Washington.
On numerous issues, Clinton has flip-flopped to the left or, if you choose to be non-cynical, she has evolved. And this evolution has been something to behold. (Of course, by using the term evolution, one must assume that she will not devolve on certain positions once elected.) Indeed, one cannot discuss the issues for very long without finding major changes in Clintons policy positions some of which may be genuine, others that are undoubtedly motivated by political self-interest, and still others that may be both sincere and self-serving.
