For the record, I said this was "over" a long time ago

I'm noticing a bunch of snarky "so I thought it was over" posts regarding to when Hillary was going to put this nomination away. I said this during the March 15th Super Tuesday. In actuality, it was still "over" for all intents and purposes before that. However, March 15th was when I said it was safe to say this was done. She had built a pledged delegate lead to the point that I knew it would be too difficult for Sanders to overcome. He wasn't going to get enough delegates from those small caucus states which I knew he'd dominate because there were still states upcoming with big delegate counts and demographics that Sanders has struggled with all primary season.

Hillary had built a lead that was greater than Obama's lead was in 2008. So I can't remember which post it was but I said ho hum I'm just gonna sit back and wait until June because I knew then it was over. So I don't know where all this "so when is it over because you Hillary people have been saying this many times over" is in reference to but its not in reference to me. I've known this thing has been over for awhile. Many in the media kept talking about "the math" which doesn't go over well to many here but they also needed to keep the ratings going so even they added to the narrative of "why can't she put him away" and momentum from small delegate caucus states that really never bit into her pledged delegate lead. This was the same BS they tried in 2008 when it was pretty much on the wall that Obama was going to be the nominee and again, his pledged delegate lead was smaller.

So...carry on with all the bitterness. I knew its been over for awhile but I'll stamp March 15th as the day I said it out loud.

I can't see Hillary being indicted over emails when Bush and Cheney went unscathed for WMDs

Sorry I just can't see it. I know the issue is deeper than just emails per se. Its about the server and it being wiped clean and the such but I think there is more HOPING that Hillary will be indicted than an actual REALITY that she will be indicted. If I'm wrong I'll gladly eat crow but I just don't see it happening.

Hillary's secret weapon for the General Election

All this doom and gloom about Hillary from some about her general election chances. Whateva!!!! Unlike Bush in 2008 for whom even Republicans couldn't stand, President Obama still has high approvals from Democrats and will be key in campaigning for Hillary. The Obama coalition still exists, contrary to Jane Sanders comment, and he will be key in the GOTV effort from that coalition. Yes, some of the coalition now includes Sanders supporters who say that they won't support Clinton, but the key GOTV effort is going to be with African Americans I feel. Protecting the Obama legacy is very important to African Americans and without Obama on the ballot there should be some worry about a dip in Black voters. So I think he will be key in critical swing states to get out not just the African American vote, but the Democratic vote altogether.

Interesting that in MD Senate, Bernie supporters went "establishment" Van Hollen over Edwards

Edwards was the more progressive candidate. Van Hollen is very much establishment, yet Bernie supporters seemed to be "split" between the two, with slightly more favoring Van Hollen 51-45. Kind of goes against the narrative of a political revolution when you pick a guy who couldn't be more establishment.

Where's the fraud tonight in PA, DE, MD, and CT?

I mean no doubt its coming because no states Hillary has won are because she won by votes. It was by rigged voting machines and the fact that Independents didn't know the long established rules of a state's closed primary so thats not fair. So please tell me what fraudulent activity was present today? I'll wait....

Clinton can lose everything remaining and still get the nomination - MSNBC

It was already over because....MATH...ONCE AGAIN...but tonight puts the cherry on top of it. Finished, finito, sayonara, adios. If Saders claims after tonight "there is a narrow path to the nomination" I'm gonna hurl.

I find it quite ironic the other side is complaining about gloating

What did we constantly hear when Sanders won 8 or 9 caucuses/primaries in a row. It was non stop gloating. It was "the calendar is in our favor and the momentum is ours" Well what does that calendar look like now?
