Shame on you, @BernieSanders try living one hour of our lives. Love, the #SandyHook Principal's Daug

Sandy Hook family member @EricaSmegs wants Bernie Sanders to apologize over gun stance.

Info about gun manufacturers immunity:

"Clinton's statement) doesn't appear to be completely accurate," said Adam Winkler, professor of law at UCLA and author of Gunfight: The Battle Over the Right to Bear Arms in America, in an email to NPR. "The 2005 law does not prevent gun makers from being held liable for defects in their design. Like car makers, gun makers can be sued for selling a defective product. The problem is that gun violence victims often want to hold gun makers liable for the criminal misuse of a properly functioning product."

Clinton is wrong that gun manufacturers have no liability for their products, but she's right that they have unique protections from lawsuits that most other businesses — and particularly consumer product-makers — do not.

@HillaryClinton tweeted @BernieSanders prioritized guns over the children killed at Sandy Hook.

@BernieSanders prioritized gun manufacturers' rights over the parents of the children killed at Sandy Hook.

Bernie Sanders On the Panama Papers: Told You So

Source: Wired

Back in 2011, Bernie Sanders told the Senate that Panama was “a world leader when it comes to allowing large corporations and wealthy Americans to evade US taxes.”

This week, those words are sounding eerily prophetic, and the Sanders campaign, for one, would like to remind you of that fact.

“I was opposed to the Panama Free Trade Agreement from day one,” Sanders said in a statement today. “I wish I had been proven wrong about this, but it has now come to light that the extent of Panama’s tax avoidance scams is even worse than I had feared.”

Hillary's 'classified' smokescreen hides real crime: OP-ED

Law makes clear DOJ should prosecute Clinton for mishandling 'national defense information,' classified or not.

So why has this not been discussed in the television and print media? Why has Clinton not been grilled by her interviewers as to whether her emails contained national defense information that could harm the U.S.? Why has everyone bought into the “marked classified” rabbit trail? One suspects that many reporters and commentators have not bothered to read the actual law or are hesitant to blow the central defense of the Clinton campaign out of the water.

Regardless, I am not confident that the Justice Department will indict. It is true that part of the reason is that the political appointees who make the final decisions will at least unconsciously be searching for ways to evaluate the case in a way that would evade an obvious debacle for the Democratic Party.

Unfortunately, it is likely that, at this very moment, many good lawyers at DOJ may be using all sorts of sophistry and rationalization to try to avoid applying the plain language of the law to Hilary Clinton. A jury, which should make the final decision, may never get the chance.

UBS Bank, hidden Jewish Holocaust Money, and Bill Clinton granting asylum to whistleblower

Consider why this may or may not relate to President Clinton's recent relationship with UBS.....

President Bill Clinton pushed through Senate Bill S.758 in 1997 to grant asylum to Christoph Meili, "the Swiss security guard who saved Holocaust-era bank documents from the shredder at UBS bank..."

Meili, who was then working for an outside security firm, gave the documents he saved to a Jewish organisation. The disclosure led to the Zurich authorities opening a judicial investigation against Meili on suspicion of violating banking secrecy.
At the same time Meili was feted as a courageous whistleblower, particularly by Jewish organisations that had been seeking information from Swiss banks on money brought into the country by Holocaust victims.

They alleged that the Swiss banks collaborated with and aided the Nazi regime by knowingly retaining and concealing assets of Holocaust victims and by accepting and laundering illegally obtained Nazi loot and profits of slave labour. In the course of these lawsuits, the parties began settlement discussions.

In August 1998, the parties reached an agreement to settle the lawsuits for US $1.25 billion.

Meili has returned home from voluntary "exile" in the United States, saying he felt let down by the US.
