Transgender youth face despicable GOP 'Forced outing' bills that make schools unsafe.

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Al Stone-Gebhardt worked hard in school to make sure he graduates in May, and he spent hundreds of dollars on commencement regalia, but he is fully prepared not to participate in the ceremony.

The 17-year-old, who is transgender, said he fears his high school, Tulsa Union, might use his deadname — the name he was given at birth but no longer uses — on his diploma and during the ceremony instead of his legally changed name. He has had teachers call him by his birth name, sometimes inadvertently, and said he finds the experience traumatizing.

“Being deadnamed just immediately makes you feel belittled, weak and insignificant,” Stone-Gebhardt said. “I didn’t want to be in the classroom. I didn’t trust the teacher.”

As hundreds of bills nationwide take aim at nearly every facet of transgender existence, from health care to athletics to bathroom access, trans kids and their families say certain proposals could eliminate one of the last remaining safe havens to explore their identities: K-12 public schools.

Several “ parental rights ” proposals, which aim to give parents greater control over their children's education, would formally allow or require schools to deadname trans students or out them to their parents without consent. While some parents and teachers argue they have a right to know, others warn it could jeopardize the mental health and physical safety of gender-nonconforming children and place educators in the crosshairs.

Second voting machine company approved for lawsuit against Fox News. This time for $2.7 billion!

Goodbye Fox News!

A defamation lawsuit against Fox News by voting machine company Smartmatic appears to be headed to trial after the New York Supreme Court gave the green light last week.

An analysis by The Guardian found that the $2.7 billion lawsuit could be "more dangerous" than the $1.6 billion lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems. In both cases, Fox News personalities are accused of falsely claiming President Joe Biden won the election because of a voting machine conspiracy.

"The Earth is round. Two plus two equals four," Smartmatic's 2021 complaint began. "Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the 2020 election for President and Vice President of the United States. The election was not stolen, rigged, or fixed. These are facts. They are demonstrable and irrefutable."

The complaint also noted: "Defendants did not want Biden to win the election. They wanted President Trump to win re-election … They also saw an opportunity to capitalize on President Trump’s popularity by inventing a story.”

Maxwell Frost (D-Fla): Tucker Carlson's Jan. 6 coverage makes people feel like they can do it again.

Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) says Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s sympathetic coverage this week of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack increases the risk for future violence because it creates a space “where people feel like they can do it again.”

In a clip from an interview on Showtime’s “The Circus: Inside the Greatest Political Show on Earth” shared exclusively with The Hill on Friday, the first-term lawmaker said that what Carlson has done with the 41,000 hours of surveillance footage that Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) gave him is “really dangerous.”

“It creates a problem where if there’s not real accountability with people being sympathizers towards the insurrection, it puts us in a position where people feel like they can do it again,” Frost said.

McCarthy has said he does not regret sharing the videos with Carlson, despite the bipartisan backlash that has followed his using the tapes to argue that the events of Jan. 6 were calmer than how they have been presented. McCarthy has voiced support for showing “transparency” on what happened during that day, even as multiple Senate Republicans, including Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.), denounced Carlson’s coverage.

Would you use the word "evil" or "traitor" to describe anyone who is an outspoken election denier,

but in private thinks Joe Biden won fair and square?

Is this the start of the end of Fox News?

At some point, Dominion will win its lawsuit, leaving Fox News humiliated.
At some point, Carlson, Hannity and all the scum will have to go.
At some point, Fox News will have to admit to its viewers that it lied.
And in doing so, Fox News will have to part ways with Trump.

Am I being naive to think all of this will happen?
If it does happen, what will happen to Fox News afterwards?
Is this the end of Fox News as we know it?

Would Putin withdraw from Ukraine, in exchange for Trump handing over USA?

Could this scenario happen? Trump declares victory in negotiating Putin's retreat from Ukraine. This helps Trump win the election. In exchange, Trump turns America into a fascist state with Putin pulling the strings.

Warning! Not an April's Fool: Trump teams up with Jan 6 criminals to record a song! WTF!

Donald Trump and those serving time for rioting in support of his baseless claims of election fraud are getting into the music business, Forbes reports.
The ex-president has collaborated with Jan. 6 inmates on a song called “Justice for All” that will drop at midnight Thursday on several streaming services including Spotify and Apple Music, the report said.

The song features a mashup of Trump reciting the Pledge of Allegiance with around 20 inmates housed at the Washington, D.C. jail singing “The Star-Spangled Banner,” the report said.

The pro-Trump inmates are members of the “J6 Prison Choir” who sing the anthem at the jail nightly, according to the report.

Trump recorded the Pledge of Allegiance for the song a few weeks ago at Mar-a-Lago, the report said.
