Gullies eroded into the steep inner slope of an impact crater at this location appear perfectly pristine in this image captured by NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO). Although at first glance it may appear that there are craters superimposed on the gully fans, inspection of HiRISE stereo coverage shows that the craters lie only on the pre-gully terrain.

Distinctive colors in the gully channels and alcoves offer another indication of youth and recent activity. The pre-gully landscape is covered by secondary craters from nearby Gasa Crater, estimated to be about 1 million years old. Although some have suggested that the Martian gullies are also about a million years old and formed in a different environment, we now know that they are continuing to form today.

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same thing happen? I will scroll down the thread and it bounces me back up to the top where the video is playing. I have been on DU for a few hours this morning and haven't had a problem. It just turned up about 5 minutes ago.

Any city who expects their police department to do the jobs they were hired for. Like fight crime in the city and not be ICE agents.

When I hear sanctuary city from a bunch of dipshit politicians or the media I cringe. I have been hearing iit all today in the news. This is nothing but a catch phrase the repub's came up with. MSM and others have taken the bait on this phrase with out even thinking what the repub's are saying.

Through out the time I have been watching presidents come and go. Nothing compares to this. I have seen different scandals, criminal acts, stupid shit, etc. But I was always able to keep up at least with the main gist of what was happening.

This WH has so much baggage I can't keep up.

I mean think about it. There is so much going on you would really need several data bases.

A data base on stupid stuff said by WH reps and the prez. This could include just being ignorant, conflicting stories, out right lies, etc. The who knew it was this complicated stuff coming from the WH.

A data base on the personal ties and conflicts of interest for all in the WH. Not just during the elections but on going. Including assets of the family but also the people he brought in. Loans, partnerships, property sales, initiation fees to his golf clubs, etc

A data base on the elections/transition/presidency, the communications with foreign agents, unregistered lobbyist, and special interests.

A data base on who was involved from foreign governments. The oligarchs, ambassador, possible spies, etc.

A data base on what, who, where, when on attempted and successful attempts by foreign actors to influence the elections.

I probably missed some but you get the idea. I mean even possible mafia ties. This WH has so many plots and sub-plots it boggles the mind. And this is just getting near the 100 day mark.
