Ohioboy's JournalDid I hear this right?
Trump is suing the January 6th committee?
Sometimes I just can't believe how ridiculous things are in this once great land.
To Republicans complaining that the Jan 6 investigation is "political"
If you think it's "political" that's your fault, not those investigating. Coups are political by nature and investigating them tends to shed light on the political party that was involved. Your side made it political when it tried to force its political will on the rest of us.
If you don't like investigations showing your party was involved in a coup, blame those in your party that attempted the coup. In the meantime, STFU and stop blaming the investigation committee for something your side created.
Thank you. End of rant.

Yet another text sent to Meadows on Jan 6
I think Ashli Babbitt's parents should look into suing Trump
I'm no legal expert, but I would think with all the evidence coming out pointing to Trump not stopping the riot, they might have a pretty good case. It's a thought.
Does anyone remember Kevin McCarthy saying the republicans would do their own Jan 6 investigation?
How's that going? Or was that just more republican BS?
Hearing FOX hosts pleading with Meadows on Jan 6
Hearing FOX hosts pleading with Meadows on Jan 6 really shows how FOX and the right-wing media are very much a part of shaping TFG agenda. The idea that they could call Meadows and weigh in on the effect the riot would have on their narrative is very telling.
Of course we've known this all along, but it's always kind of stunning when you get actual proof.
Didn't Rittenhouse claim he was in Kenosha to protect a car dealership?
So why was his ass roaming around the streets? I'm pretty sure car dealerships stay in one spot. Did anyone ever ask this question during his trial?
Stupidity, more dangerous than malice
My opinion on what this whole Rittenhouse killing trial message should be
None of this would have happened if there had been a proper response to the murder of George Floyd.
For example, it should not have taken a protest and a private video to get an investigation into how Floyd died.
The police report should have told the truth about how Floyd died, right from the beginning. And, when it was found that the police had lied, serious consequences should have taken place for the police that lied.
When the system is lying and falsifying police reports, it forces people to have to protest in the streets to get justice.
The police are responsible for starting the protests last summer, period. If they hadn't lied, and had taken it upon themselves to police their own, all of this would not have taken place.
The police are also guilty of making this whole thing about race. If they had done the right thing, it wouldn't have appeared that Floyd's death had been treated differently than any other police brutality case, and chances are it would not have appeared to have been covered up because of racism.
It should be easy in this country to investigate the police, but it is not. That is a big part of the problem.
Please do not assume that I am anti-police. I am not. I am for justice and good police that uphold our laws and justice.
End of rant.
Here's a nightmare for you...
It's 2029 in America.
After many recounts, 50 audits, several threatening phone calls, and a violent attack on the certification of the Electoral College votes, the 2028 election is overturned and Josh Hawley is president. Marjorie Taylor Greene is vice president. In fact, MTG enjoys the honor of being America's first official female vice president, since Kamala Harris's vice presidency has been deemed invalid by the Ministry of MAGA. Currently the Ministry of MAGA is busy correcting the popular vote count, as well as the history of slavery. Any mention of the actual popular vote count has been officially labeled as fake news and is illegal to report.
