Today I heard a Noam Chomsky piece on the establishment of American Oligarchy

The subject of this piece is neoliberalism, the underlying political philosophy animating oligarchical control of society. It's not a natural inclination, it's a premeditated plan that stretches back for decades, to the implementation of University of Chicago Economics Department theory applied to South America i.e., Chile, Argentina, etc. in the 1970's. Exactly right

All this "tax" bill does is speed up the rate of surplus value extraction and as a consequence artificially accelerate the boom-bust cycle of capitalism.
