Should we amend the US Constitution to require Presidential election winners to win both the

electoral and popular vote?
If we do this we can prevent another Hayes (1876),Bush (2000),and Trump (2016) from occurring.

2000- In a 2 person race between Gore and Bush, Gore would have won the popular vote in FL and NH making him the winner of electoral college.

Bernie Sanders 2020

If Bernie Sanders wins the 2020 Democratic Presidential Nomination and defeats Trump in the November General Election, He will be 79 years old when he gets inaugurated. He will be 83 when he completes his first term and 87 when he completes his final term. Sanders needs an highly competent Vice Presidential Runningmate in 2020 and 2024 to suceed him assuming Sanders is unable to serve out his full term. Who should be that runningMate?
Sherrod Brown?
Kamala Harris?
Al Franken?
Amy Klobuchar?
Tammy Duckworth?
Tulsi Gabbard?
