In a statement released Wednesday morning to the 415 Media blog, Savage said the man called out to him: “Are you Michael Weiner?” (referring to his given name). Savage said he turned to the man and said, “Go away, I don’t know who you are.”
Savage has been described as the “Godfather of Trumpmania” for encouraging his 10 million listeners to vote for the real estate mogul and reality TV star. Savage’s support of Trump made headlines last month when the president said of Savage, after an hourlong dessert meeting at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida: “I wouldn’t be president without this man.”
Savage has also sparked controversy over the years with his remarks denigrating Muslims, gays, feminists and others.
A Tiburon police spokeswoman said officers arrived on the scene on Tiburon’s Main Street at about 8:25 p.m. Both men involved in the fight claimed the other started it, according to an incident log. Spokeswoman Laurie Nilsen said the two men placed each other under citizen’s arrest and were released at the scene. A follow-up police report will be sent to the District Attorney’s Office for review to see if any charges will be filed.
Horowitz suggested it’s unlikely his client was the aggressor, given that he’s 5 feet 6 inches tall and 75 years old.
Horowitz said Savage, who lives in Marin County, had finished up a quiet dinner alone at Servino Ristorante. He had a bag of leftover food in one hand and his constant companion, his toy poodle Teddy, in the other.
After Savage told the man to “go away,” he started to turn. Horowitz said it appears that the man knocked Savage to the ground while also pushing his dog out of the way.
At that point, another customer from the restaurant intervened, and Savage’s alleged assailant punched him in the face, Horowitz said.

I am boycotting Disney World. Just told my daughter we are not going there for vacation this year
Every year my family (wife and my daughter) take a trip to Disney World during the fall. It has come to my attention that Disney is currently updating the "Hall of Presidents" attraction at the Magic Kingdom to add Trump, front and center, in place of Obama.
It disgusts me that Disney would honor an illegitimate President. A racist, sexist, woman-groping, fascist one at that. How could they feature someone like that at a "family-oriented" theme park?
My 10 year old daughter is already traumatized by him.
You may suggest we just skip the attraction but that's not the point. The point is that Disney would willingly add someone like this to one of their attractions. That says a lot to me about their character and I refuse to give them my money for doing so.

So far it has almost 14,000 signatures but I don't know what difference it will make. If they decide to not feature Drumpf then I take back my boycott.
In the meantime, guess it's time to research other vacation spots.

Republicans mocking us about Trump's tax returns
Makes me sick. Obviously this tax return was leaked by Trump himself.....why only from 2005? Probably the only year he ever paid taxes and the only return that showed no Russia connection

Trump supporter confronted my family in the parking lot
Tonight I went out to dinner at Olive Garden with my wife and daughter. As we are getting into the car a black truck with two white guys around late 20s to early 30s pulls up behind my car in the parking lot and yelled "Fuck you commie" and "We won" which I'm guessing is because I have a PROUD DEMOCRAT and HILLARY bumper sticker on my car. As they took off in a plume of black smoke and screeching tires I noticed he had a Trump sticker and one of those "my family" gun nut stickers like this one:
I was shocked and saddened that someone would harass my family like this, especially in front of my daughter, and ruin our nice night out. On the drive home I was tearing up thinking that this is what our country has become. My amazing wife consoled me before I really broke down but I tried to hold it together in front of my daughter. I am scared of the world that she will grow up in. A world of hate. A world that will be defined by a vile, racist, sexist, Islamophobic woman groper. Unless we can impeach him soon.
I hope there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I really do.
Russia - An act of war?
Isn't Russia actively sabotaging our country with their moles an act of war? Colluding with Drumpf and his cronies? Hacking the election?
I'm anti-war but it's hard to deny something so blatant and aggressive as this warrants it
Lets say that sane people get back into power again. What should we do?
How has your life changed since Drumpf has been President?
For me:
1. I don't talk to my family anymore. They are all Drumpf supporters and I just can't stand talking or being around someone who supports a literal racist, sexist, bigot, and woman groper.
2. I notice more hate in people's hearts when I go out in public. Drumpf seems to have emboldened the hate within people. I see people getting angrier toward each other. It's as if hate suddenly gets a pass.
3. My anxiety levels are higher. During Obama I was doing really good and generally in a good mood knowing that the country was veering toward progress. Now I'm on edge every day.
Media is gushing over Trump speech today
Even CNN is. Makes me sick. I decided to turn off all TV for the day.
