An old coworker's mother just passed away from COVID-19.

Both were MAGAS. I’ve seen the mother shopping without a mask. I can only hope that this will make the rest of the family realize that tRump is an imbecile and become more vigilant about COVID safety precautions, but I’m doubtful. It’s just so fucking sad and unnecessary.

A college friend was in the Mayfair Mall during the shooting.

She was in Macy’s lower level and heard the shots. She and others ran out as the police arrived. So far there are 8 injured with no deaths.

I just watched a meeting of my local school board tonight online.

Three out of seven members were wearing masks. The new middle school principal also wasn’t wearing a mask. These people are going to keep kids safe??? I certainly won’t be doing any subbing this school year.
