Sen. Bob Casey endorses Biden: A 'make-or-break moment for the middle class'

Becoming the most prominent Democrat in Pennsylvania to endorse a candidate in the sprawling presidential field, U.S. Sen. Bob Casey quickly announced his support of former Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday morning. Mr. Casey's endorsement came just 45 minutes after Mr. Biden announced his candidacy on Twitter.
"At this make-or-break moment for the middle class, our children and our workers, America needs Vice President Joe Biden to be its next President," Mr. Casey wrote in a statement. "Joe Biden has spent a lifetime fighting battles on behalf of hardworking Americans while ensuring America’s values and interests are represented abroad."
While Mr. Biden's announcement focused on the character of the nation and the 2017 clashes in Charlottesville, Va., Mr. Casey's endorsement hinged on the former vice president's standing as a fighter for the middle class, he said.
Mr. Casey said he's confident that Mr. Biden, a Scranton native, "will work to raise wages for middle class families, provide a better future for our children and restore America’s standing in the world."

I did it - I'm for Joe Biden
I've been sitting on the sidelines and listening to everyone. Well almost everyone, and now I've made my decision. Joe is my guy and I think he's ready to make a great run for the Presidency. We need Joe NOW and we must turn the White House blue next year.

President Donald Trump‘s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani has been bragging about his “counterreport” to Attorney General William Barr‘s redacted version of Robert Mueller’s report, which is due to be released Thursday morning.

LATE-NIGHT TEXTS FROM RUDY … President Donald Trump’s lawyer RUDY GIULIANI to our colleague DARREN SAMUELSOHN, 2:54 a.m., on the size of the president’s “countereport” — which will drop when the special counsel’s findings come out Thursday: “Now at 34 or 35. The more concise the better. 400 pages is a novel.”
Since that report spread, many on social media are convinced Rudy Giuliani and the White House have seen the Mueller report. Attorney General Barr refused to tell Congress if the White House had seen the report, making many increasingly certain a huge cover-up is underway.
