If there is a local ISP that does not try to control internet access wouldn't it work if we all stopped using Comcast etc. we could have a voice in the net neutrality issue?

I am 80 miles west of the Thomas fire and our air is smoke and ash is falling down all around us. The sun is an red orange ball in the sky.
Ash is covering the ground like a dusting
of snow.
The air makes your sinuses raw and your eyes water.
It burns your throat and lungs.
The sun is a reddish orange and the air is full of smoke cutting down the visibility to a smoky haze.
I am in Santa Barbara miles from the fire but it is moving closer to the places and cities between here and Ventura.
Is this our future?

Someone should tell trump that if he starts
