For anyone watching Norte Dame -Navy game, did you know Navy saved Norte Dame?

Despite the one-sided result the last few decades, most Notre Dame and Navy fans consider the series a sacred tradition for historical reasons. Both schools have strong football traditions going back to the beginnings of the sport. Notre Dame, like many colleges, faced severe financial difficulties during World War II, which were exacerbated by the fact that it was then still an all-male institution. The US Navy made Notre Dame a training center for V-12 candidates and paid enough for usage of the facilities to keep the University afloat. Notre Dame has since extended an open invitation for Navy to play the Fighting Irish in football and considers the game annual repayment on a debt of honor.

Up approx 27,000 votes!

I'm hopeful for Hobbs Az Gov

With 42% votes in, Hobbs 55% to Crazy Lake 45%. And this is with zero Pima County in (Inclues Tucson) which is a large blue county at 0% counted!

Arizonans: Check to make sure your dropped off or mailed ballot will be counted!

Go to this site to check your status. First I used the top of the page to enter my info. It said my ballot had been validated. I was a bit confused as not clear if it had been signature validated and accepted. Then I saw the buttons at the bottom of the page where you could select Maricopa or Pima County. When I used the Pima County button it gave clearer status of each step and indeed
my signature was verified and the ballot accepted. I have terrible handwriting in part due to multiple wrist/arm surgeries so I’m always concerned about getting my signature verified.

Check yours here, better safe than sorry. I suspect all counties in other states offer a similar service.
