I know, Judge not lest ye be judged, but I think it's easy to judge him now.

Today I heard that the children's needs are being met at these camps. But the one need they are not

A goodnight hug and kiss from their parents. A lullaby from their mother or father. This is insane, cruel, and basically child abuse by "The Administration".
