About Me

I am a Brit. I am a working class child of the troubles in Belfast who now lives a life of privilege. I am an anti-racist, progressive monster for truth. If I fail in being that monster, call me out....

Well at least they are wearing masks for once... 👀

A photo taken earlier today (yesterday) shows the Proud Boys proudly flashing a white supremacist sign outside of Trump’s fundraiser at Trump National Golf Course.

Trumps base. White supremacists. Cowardly Fascists, wearing masks to hide their identities, not to stop the spread of Covid. Hanging out at Bedminster calling their insurrectionist mates political prisioners. As Trump would say... stand by *rolls eyes*. Their actions needs harsher consequences... I mean come on...

Trump ally announces date of next event: 'We’re going back to the Capitol'
But now, a Trump ally is announcing his own event for Sept. 18. The Huffington Post cited the architect, Matt Braynard as he spoke to Steve Bannon on a recent podcast. "We're going back to the Capitol, right where it started. And it's going to be huge," Braynard promised.

"As we continue to raise the profiles of these individuals" who have been arrested, it "makes it harder and harder for the left's phony narrative about an insurrection to stick," Braynard said. "We're going to push back on the phony narrative that there was an insurrection."

So they are going to counter the truth of the insurrection, with a further attack on the Capital? No-one ever said these fascists weren't logical?!?! Good grief.

Of course they don't care that he is a tax cheat

They admire him for it. It is part of the brand of awfulness that they worship. The cult that bought into the big lie are the exact same people that support tax cuts for billionaires, while they cannot afford healthcare for their kids...

He really should release them to own us libs who believe in civil society and civic responsibility. That would show us! LOL

Brexit hard man Steve Baker is gonna go nuts when he finds out he was one of the leading figures

behind Brexit.

It would be funny if it the outcomes of Brexit were not so serious...

'Did Nazi this coming' Trump brutally mocked over plan to issue membership cards to loyal supporters

Social media users erupted in horror and mockery on Thursday morning after former president Donald Trump's PAC revealed in an email that it plans to issue official "Trump cards" that MAGA supporters can carry to show their loyalty to their "dear leader."

"We're about to launch our Official Trump Cards, which will be reserved for President Trump's STRONGEST supporters," the PAC wrote in the email, asking supporters to vote for their favorite of four proposed designs.

Those who voted by clicking on one of the four proposed designs were, naturally, redirected to a fundraising page.

"We recently met with the President in his Florida office and showed him four designs," the email continued. "Originally we were planning on releasing just one design, but when President Trump saw the cards on his desk, he said, 'These are BEAUTIFUL. We should let the American People decide - they ALWAYS know best!'" the email said.👀

All four of the designs say "Official Trump card" and bear the logo of his Save America PAC. They include the former president's signature above text saying, "Authorized by president Donald Trump," as well as a place for the name of the "member," along with an ID number and the date when their membership began.

They are not even pretending anymore that their core supporters are nothing but actual nazi.
How very very grifting nazi of the grifting fascists. Surprise!

[Tick. Tock. ] Johnson's disregard for rules helped him get elected - but it's starting to wear thin

THIS:

The prime minister is sincere enough about liberty and too inattentive to detail to make a consistent authoritarian. His is a more infantile brand of tyranny that demands control yet is afraid of responsibility. It is a trait that flows not from any doctrine, but from the temperament that sees rules as a personal discomfort and treats duty as an invitation to defiance. Johnson wears the responsibilities of his office much as he wears his clothes: askew for theatrical effect.

That performance is integral to his appeal, but the quality that voters first find attractive in leaders can be a predictor of their undoing. There was a maverick charm in disregarding protocol and cutting legal corners when the purpose was getting Brexit done. The same ethos is more obnoxious when applied in service of Tory donors or indulgence of rule-bending allies.

No violation of constitutional principle could appal the British spirit more than queue jumping. That tendency may not be the most prominent aspect of Johnson’s government, but it is a persistent enough feature to breed resentment over time. It is a problem that will outlast the present policy dilemmas of the pandemic. The current challenge is choosing the right rules. But the origin of uncertainty and incoherence, as with corruption, is a prime minister who is himself governed by the principle that rules do not really matter.

And THIS:

And THIS (as another example in a litany of examples):

In sworn evidence, Government admitted that some of Lord Bethell’s dealings with Abingdon had been conducted via WhatsApp or text message, and were held only on his private mobile phone. If that was the case for Abingdon, why not other VIPs too?

What’s more, in December last year, Lord Bethell was told his mobile phone would be searched for documents relating to this case. Just weeks later, it seems, he ‘replaced’ his phone because, Government lawyers say, it was ‘broken’. They are now not sure it will be possible to retrieve the WhatsApp and text messages.

Lord Bethell has overseen the awarding of billions of pounds of public contracts. Information revealing how these contracts came to be awarded may now be lost – or even destroyed.

@coldwarsteve

From Cold War Steve's Photoshop to gods ears..

Wrongdoing sits at the centre of this government. Everything they touch and do is dodgy... The venality and corruption at the heart of this administration is literally criminal. They need to be held accountable. As with the right wing in America their boundless arrogance makes them think they are infallible - sadly they are seemingly not wrong at the moment.

Steve Schmidt DESTROYS Gaetz in epic twitter takedown...

https://twitter.com/SteveSchmidtSES/status/1422763960399446020

You are a spoiled rotten punk and a disgrace to the House of Representatives. You are a “Little Eichmann.” A snot nosed fascist who is running out of time. Strategically, the US Attorney understands that your father will spend whatever it takes to bail out his dip shit son.

He continues:

Having indulged and spoiled you into a stupefying idiocy, he is fully committed to the project but his embarrassment and shame must be immeasurable. The US Attorney will be careful, methodical, and detail obsessed. No mistakes. They control the clock. Late at night, I bet that is what keeps you up. The loss of agency and control. Is it today? Tomorrow? When ? It is coming. You know what you did. When you are sentenced to a Federal Prison there will be a moment where all the bullshit stops. You will be shackled and off loaded. The in processing will be professional, sterile, and humiliating. You will be stripped, inspected, examined and searched. You are likely to be a felon. A Federal Prisoner, with a number and a job. But you may be different. Because what you did wasn’t graft was it ? Hmmm. Will you petition for protective custody? Will the Warden order it? Send you to solitary confinement? To Protect you ? It’s almost over and I suspect you know more about that than me. It’s ending as a farce. The likely felon and the anti Semitic conspiracy loon @RepMTG. Who do you think she replaces you with? Last thing. When that cell door locks down, at night, that isn’t the sound of being cancelled. It’s the sound of prison. Glad we had this time Matt.

Gaetz just brought a spork to a gun fight. Not sure why Florida man thought it a good plan to take on on the most decisive minds in the political consultancy business... entertaining for the rest of us though!

Missouri Gov. Parson keeps promise to pardon Mark and Patricia McCloskey (vigilantes), who waved

gun at (BLM) protesters (cause white privilege is in your face at this point...) I felt the headline needed some adjustments.

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson has issued pardons to Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the St. Louis couple whose brandishing of guns at Black Lives Matter protesters in June 2020 catapulted them to conservative stardom and launched a bid for U.S. Senate.

The McCloskeys were among 12 pardons Parson issued last week. His office made the list of names public on Tuesday.
---
Parson promised soon after the incident that he would pardon the couple, who pointed a rifle and a pistol from their front lawn at several hundred protesters marching past their house on their way to the St. Louis mayor’s home. He has issued pardons on a roughly monthly basis since December to clear a backlog of about 3,000 cases that had accumulated from previous administrations.

The speed with which Parson pardoned the couple stands in contrast to the case of Kevin Strickland, a Kansas City man who has been serving four decades in prison for a 1978 triple homicide that Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker said he did not commit.

Peak white privilege. Peak anti black justice.
Could his white supremacy be more apparent. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid.

If you have chosen not to be vaccinated then you are a fucking selfish idiot

Listening to NI radio this week, a chap with prostrate cancer has had his operation cancelled twice cause unvaccinated selfish wankers have got Delta and are sucking up the ICU beds. Fuck them. They have the choice not to be vaccinated, but they are ensuring than responsible members of the community have delayed care, that may lead to death. Selfish nasty bastards sucking the air that is needed for people who have done the right thing. Every single person who does not get a vaccine is part of a nasty death cult horrid Q bollocks that puts us all in danger. Shame on them.

It's called #BrexitReality but there's no mention of it.

It’s called #BrexitReality but there’s no mention of it.

Shameful that our media is too often failing to be honest with the British people.

Critical skills shortages are a direct result of #Brexit.

Brexit was built on lies.

We told you so is just not strong enough, but they will continue to use Covid as cover for the clusterfuck they have made of Brexit. Why would any of the Europeans who went home over Covid want to come back? Heh.
