US President Donald Trump's planned visit to Britain in January has reportedly been postponed as the leaders on both sides of the pond find themselves in an escalation of words.
Trump was set to go to the UK for a "working visit" in the New Year to formally open the new US Embassy in London. It was set to be a scaled down version of a state visit with no meeting with the Queen to allow Trump to come to the UK without the potential for mass protests.

“British people overwhelmingly reject the prejudiced rhetoric of the far right which is the antithesis of the values that this country represents – decency, tolerance and respect,” a Downing Street spokesman told the BBC. “It is wrong for the president to have done this.”
Predictably, Trump lashed out at Prime Minister Theresa May, telling her, “don’t focus on me, focus on the destructive Radical Islamic Terrorism that is taking place within the United Kingdom. We are doing just fine,” Trump claimed.
Yet in his haste to defend getting caught spreading fascist propaganda, Trump inadvertently tweeted his reply at somebody other than the Prime Minister.

Sadiq Khan calls arrest of female immigrant who reported rape 'unacceptable'
The unnamed woman, in her 20s, attended a police station in London to report being kidnapped and abused during time she spent in Germany, before arriving in the UK.
While giving a victim statement, she told officers she had entered Britain illegally before being taken to a centre for rape survivors.
She was then arrested on suspicion of illegal entry into the UK and taken into custody.

Ann Coulter who originally re-tweeted their bollocks, was on Channel Four news (UK) tonight claiming that the debunked videos were not fake, and seekers of the truth had to go to somewhere else for the truth because mainstream media is FAKE, blah blah blah.
However Piers Morgan the well known pretend liberal, who in reality, is a sexist, misogynistic, racist wanker who sucks up to the President on a regular basis felt he had to call him out for this latest nasty. I have a theory that the Brits really won the war for Independence. You see (until recently at least) it seemed that the USA got the right wing religious nut job end of the deal. I think she was very dangerous: Susan Sarandon still insists we would be at war if Hillary beat
Sarandon, who has taken heat for her previous comments both before the election and after Trump won in 2016, was unapologetic despite what has transpired under the Republican president.
“Well, I knew that New York was going to go [for Hillary]. It was probably the easiest place to vote for Stein. Bringing attention to working-class issues is not a luxury,” Sarandon explained. “People are really hurting; that’s how this guy got in. What we should be discussing is not the election, but how we got to the point where Trump was the answer.”
Asked about her comment before the election that Clinton was more dangerous than Trump and if she stood by it, Sarandon said she was misquoted but wasn’t bothered by the sentiment.
“Not exactly, but I don’t mind that quote,” she stated. “I did think she was very, very dangerous. We would still be fracking, we would be at war [if she was president]. It wouldn’t be much smoother. Look what happened under Obama that we didn’t notice.”
